There is absolutely NO question about it. THE LE is the model to buy. If you're shallow and need a black shiny rim to make your ex jealous then spend the 2k more. But those 16 inch tires on the LE will give you a huge mileage advantage and cost alot less to replace. PLUS If you live in the snowy areas you can find a ton of 16 inch snow tire options. This car is a 60k Lexus for half the price! I'm getting mine next week from Maguire Toyota.
I bought the 2025 Toyota Camry LE specifically because I wanted the 16 inch tires and really didn't want to be "sport tuned'. I came from a 2007 Honda Accord EX-L V6 which was very much a driver's car. The problem that I had with the low profile tires was frequent tire blow outs from pot holes or running up against a curb. Surprisingly, the Camry LE is well grounded with good feedback from the steering. It does not feel floaty or vague when driving like my wife's 2013 Toyota Camry does at speeds over 50 or 60 MPH. Very happy with the LE.
On my car, the 18 inch all season tires are run for the summer, and I have 16 inch rims for my snow tires. I have never had a blow out because the pot holes are usually filled in the spring.
Why don't they just put the delivery cost with the sticker price TOGETHER and STOP🛑 splitting them up.. That's so unnecessary to bring up every time. Just combine the two and say that's the sticker price!!!!JEEHZ.....
I picked up the 2025 Camry hybrid LE model earlier this month, mainly due to the 16" tire for better gas mileage and smoother ride. Averaged 59 MPG on first tank fill, and that's with air conditioner on. For those that purchased the new 2025 Camry hybrid, when refilling with fuel always shut down the car (both electric and gas motor off) otherwise the tank mileage distance indicator will not reset. And always reset the MPG button, and trip indicator after refilling the tank. I'm so impressed with the gas mileage, I'm getting a lot more than advertised.
@sherrikwhiteside6107 The seats are ok for cold or extreme hot weather, but I don't think it's as comfy as an SE. One thing I've noticed is that I feel a little cramped while driving. I'm 6'2, and I feel the car needs a little more leg room on the drivers side.
Paint protection is not needed and neither are the over charged usb cables for $79. That’s almost $1,000 savings by removing those useless things that the dealership adds.
I disagree. I paid for extra paint protection and it saved my Toyota from 4 different chips from rocks in the highway in multiple situations. It's all about how much you can afford and I you care to protect your car beyond oil changes and simple maintenance.
