Jeera masala is a digestive drink. Especially after having spicy, Indian food full with masala, having a glass of jeera masala drink helps in digestion.
You must try Chicken Cafreal, which actually originated from Madagaskar as Chicken Peri Peri, brought to Goa by Portugese and Goans then made it popular by making it Chicken Cafreal
@makarandsainis4863 thank you for your suggestion, we’ve been wanting to try these and they’re now in our list of food to still explore! The kids definitely enjoyed the chance of choosing some snacks 😂 Thank you for your continued support 🙏🏻❤️
Very nice to see both Liam and Michael pronouncing indian words perfectly. Some more time you spend in India and Goa and they will start speaking perfect Hindi, Marathi and Konkani as well.
The Gol Kachori is basically from Gujarat states where people put sugar or jaggery in almost every savory dish they make. This is drier version of fresh kachoris as these can be stored for long time.
Love to see you to taste different things And one thing to say you have to check gol cachori and samosa packet as packet food you pick you have different chatney in inside please check that thing and use this and taste this I am sure you will love that combination. Please try again with dip.
@sanugupta5701 thank you for your kind words. We will definitely see the next time we get these snacks, as we didn’t know/see any sauces for these🫣 Thank you for your support 🙏🏻❤️
You can mix the mixture with some mumra (rice puffs) and enjoy it as simple dry bhel. You can add some chopped onions, chopped green chili, tomatoes, cilantro, baked potato, squeeze of lemon juice and chaat masala, salt for more deliciousness.
One suggestion - Since you are in Goa, you should explore Goan food like Chicken Cafreal (which has African connection), Chicken Vindaloo, crab Xacuti etc and give us recommendations on best Goan restaurants where we should try Goan food when we visit next to Goa.
Try the mixtures by adding some finely chopped onion, some tomato, a little coriander and a squeeze of lime. Add puffed rice to this and that becomes the famous street food Bhel.
Aloo Bhujia is definitely not the favorite snack. Infact it's a recent introduction and copy of original bhujia Sev (Bikaneri bhujia, Bhujia from Bikaner city of Rajasthan) made of lintel flour. Since lintels are Rs 200 per kg and Aloo is mostly Rs 20 per kg it's so super profitable for the snacks companies. So they mostly try to push Aloo bhujia in the market than the lintel bhujia. For good lintel bhujia you can try Bikaji bhujia or Haldiram bhujia.
Try these namkeen with tea it will change the the whole experience and you can poll or something so that we can give you good suggestions whatever available to you 😊
