All said and done , you need to increase the number of trees planted....greens means treens , not just lawns !! Also please avoid palm trees ...we need shady trees with large canopies ....dont turn india into middle east with palmtrees that give out no shade at all !!
How will you bring relevant Infrastructure there...Dwarka Expressway is expected to get delay seeing the present scenario....there are no hospitals, Nursing Homes etc........such asking should have been when the infrastructure was there & much better for living......with all due respect....its highly overpriced

No hospital show here in shoba city. Flooring of master bedroom I don't like it. Only sliding doors and drawing dining is good by flooring.
