Well, Lightroom is an amazing tool with tons of options and ways to combine adjustments.. you'll naturally get to know it though if you edit a lot of pictures
2 weeks ago I spent some time at a photographer's studio to scan a whole bunch of diapositive from my dad's collection from the 50's to the 80's. I had my laptop and could show him some of my work with Lightroom similar to yours. He hated it! Hahaha! Maybe that there is a feeling that anybody now with this technology can achieve close to the results of professional photographers... Anyway concerning your Edit here, I love it and though sometimes it might look like you're going overboard, the final adjustments really make it good and right. Good job and thank you for sharing. Are you from Basel? I was born not so far from there. Bye!
That's a really funny story with your dad and lightroom; I know a lot from the older generation aren't too into digital editing, especially not in a heavy form. And thanks a lot for the feedback on the editing, I'm happy you like the process and result :) P.S. Yeah I'm from Basel but I don't currently live in switzerland
I do not think it is overdone. I think you do a really good job with all of your touch ups. This one is looking like a painting though....Which is not bad...I think it makes you stare at it longer.
Thank you very much, It's not too hard though, beleive me, it's easier than you might think. Just keep on editing and using lightroom and I'm sure you'll be able to to as good and much better than me sooner than you think
Hey can you help me with raw images... I clicked raw image with my smartphone. But the quality was not upto the mark . There are lots of noise compared to jpeg.. Is this true that we have to edit and increase details in raw files ? Help!!!
i dont agree with the two bright parts on the trees in the top of the photo. i think it pops too much and takes out the attention from the water fall and bridge. overall great photo edits as always!
hmm I haven't even considered or noticed that to be honest but I think you might have a valid point. Thanks for pointing it out, really interesting to hear things about my own photo I have never even thought about.
learnt a lot about lightroom as a program thanks to this. well done
Looks very nice to me. Thanks for sharing all these. I am learning a lot from you.
I love your videos, they have helped me immensely. No, I don't think what you've done to this shot is overdone. Keep up the great work!
That's wonderful to hear, I'm always happy if the videos can actually help people! And thanks for the feedback about the photo!
not over-done at all, I have seen some really over-done photos, and this is just right
Glad you think that, thanks for letting me know your thoughts :)
Really good work!!! Greetings from Chile. You're awesome!!!!
Great Job, Bro......I always follow ur editing.....I think Ur best in the world....
Ha, I don't know about the ''best in the world'' part but I appreciate it, great to hear you like it!
Great job Yuri

Looks very nice. Not overdone. Was an interesting scene in the beginning but certainly too flat.
can you provide link for the raw file!
