Tributes continue for Nottingham Panthers' Adam Johnson after accident in ice hockey match

Tributes continue for the Ice Hockey player Adam Johnson, who died following an accident at a match on Saturday against Sheffield Steelers.
The 29-year-old American reportedly suffered a slashed neck during the second period of the game at Sheffield's Utilita Arena.
The game was stopped as Johnson received treatment on the ice, with players forming a ring around him before protective screens were put up. The players returned to the locker rooms before the 8,000-strong crowd made their way out of the Sheffield Arena.
Johnson was taken to Sheffield's Northern General Hospital but could not be saved.
Panthers said: "The Nottingham Panthers are truly devastated to announce that Adam Johnson has tragically passed away following a freak accident at the game in Sheffield last night.
"The club will dearly miss him and will never ever forget him.
