I need help, where I play there are a lot of lua bang and ancient box, and they use pechanut ex, it's impossible to win, I've already tried using mist energy on mimikyu, but if he puts baby leo on the table and pechanut doesn't have the What to do, would you know of a deck to play around this? Thank you very much, hugs from Brazil
honestly right now its pretty hard to play stall lax since into ancient box since you do have many options but in the new set control gets a lot more tools that may help them out!
I run 3 copies of iono and I will sit with you until you win. Don't worry once you've made me use (or waste) all of my swap in items to get to one prize card remaining and have me stuck on my pocket jirachi, It'll only take 2-3hrs to get me to card out, but you won! Congrats on your victory 👍
Play faster than them and hope they price their Cylene and Yell's cheer and you don't. Also drop Chi-Yu asap so you can start milling things from early. Some versions do not run Erika's so their only way to gust your Chi-Yu out is by Bossing you and they do not tend to run more than two of those, if you mill their pads and/or some of their looping supporters they'll scoop right away. And if they also lead off with Chi-Yu... good luck, at that point it comes down to who has the best luck at dodging bad mills lol.
Main reason why this deck is (thankfully) not as popular anymore is because both Raging Bolt and Lugia are pretty hot rn and both have a very good matchup against this as pretty much everything in those decks can attack and they have very efficient ways of loading their stuff with energy. Althogh against Bolt a couple of well timed fans once they already attached all their energy can screw them, strand a Teal Oger that does not have enough energy to attack in the active, and they can't do anything. Against Lugia they just try to Temple and gust Lumineon/Hands/Wellspring Oger in and hope they don't have a couple Mesagozas or Vacuums to bump your temple.
Ya that's part of why I still like having mantine in the deck, since vs Raging bolt you can use it to trap a sqak or fill the board with exs then use a mimikyu since they have no real outs but I can agree the match ups can be harder now then before
Well that and people who use this structure probably get too bored of it, especially if I don't concede and run enough deck fill items or supporters. I've had multiple people concede using this deck just because they don't want to sit and wait for the card out. When I tell you it could take up to 3 hours on pokémon TCG live with the last 2 hours being both of us hitting end turn until I pop iono, Please understand that I'm being genuine. You can ruin a person's evening if they're stubborn enough for the W.😂

@@Pidgey95 makes sense it seems like the list is pretty good, I personally like having the mantine, as for the mirror your really just trying to use chi yu ex as much as possible with miss fortune sisters to get them to deck out first since both players will not really be aiming to take knock outs, so just set up one chi yu so it can't be bossed around and start discarding 2 from the top
So I can't do that one next since I haven't played the deck at all, so I wouldn't want to put on content on a deck I know nothing about. But I will start practicing with it and make sure the video is put on the schedule for later on this week!
Me having snorlax as my favorite deck & Pokémon cause I look like him then hearing “snorlax is my favorite Pokémon of all time, I love his dumb fat dumb body” 😢🤣🤣🤣🤣

What would you cut for cornerstone mask pon and the new xerosic card?
you can cut a fan or a stadium and a mantine
What is the Pidgeot V for? Every version plays it and idk why!
To prevent you from decking out and as a forest seal stone target

Just mad cuz you loose to it lol
Add the fighting ogerpon too. Really prevents most pokes from attacking it.
that is a good idea ill have to try it out! thanks for the tip
Also, what's the best strategy in the remote case of mirror Stallax?

Hate and love this deck
Ya it's not my favorite deck to play but I'm happy it's in the game since I think it makes a healthy meta game and also I like snorlax haha

Cornerstone can hit through mimikyu so you shouldn't have put it into play lol.
Ya I couldn't remember but hey it worked out thanks to temple lol
