    I’m glad I found this pasta recipe 😃😋 it’s easy and it requires very few ingredients. I been trying to cut meats and poultry from my meals and this recipe is perfect, delicious and fulfilling as a meal. I omitted the soy sauce and capers to control the sodium. My son love it 😍

    i tried this. it was delicious👌. Thank you for the recipe. I have a question though: i had trouble in getting rid of lumps after adding the flour to milk. is there any way to avoid it?

      Thank you. I am glad you liked it. Yes, add a little at a time and stir well. Sprinkle flour little by little while stirring. When you add all at once it will tend to clump up.

    Can I use a different pasta other than sphagetti?

    Never ever put oil in the pasta water. It makes the pasta slimy so it doesn't hold the sauce well.

  • @brandonjohnson9876
    @brandonjohnson9876 ปีที่แล้ว

    Oil in the pasta water? 😂 Literally no Italian does this. It’s a waste of oil. It doesn’t add flavor to the pasta, and when you strain it, you lose all of the oil anyway.
    Save your oil, don’t put it in your pasta water.

    Really? why would one want to add oil to pasta water ((pasta looses ability to absorb the sauce)).

    The green of broccoli makes me want to add peas and celery. I also do not long pieces of spaghetti so I usually break into 1/2 to 1 inch, for me, much less messing eaten. Thanks for video.

      Sheila Johnson yes you can add anything you desire which makes it even better..yes I do that sometimes too break them in to two, depends on my mood 😊 Thank you!
