Uhm...am I the only one who noticed Victoria's voice was triple layered AND Andy was singing along with her every time she opened her mouth? Victoria couldn't sing, but it was a sweet pairing that captured a moment in time. Sad that Gibb couldn't manage his inner demons. 😔
I think if he got help after he was away from her for a few years and matured a little, they wouldve got back together. It would have been forever. I'll bet she wishes that too.

Yes,that's what I have read too , it was very unfortunate to be ditched by someone whom you loved .Andy's love for Victoris was so transparent by the way he looked at her while singing .If Victoria continued to love him he wouldn't have been dead by now and he wouldn't have indulged in drinking etc. , Though he was no more but my sympathy went out to him,he was handsome,such a vibrant young man and a good singer but Love had killed poor Andy. May his soul as well as his twin brothers rest in peace....They were very outstanding and par excellent.

She later married that same doctor and then after Andy’s death blamed the breakup on drugs, funny she forgot to mention she insisted Andy bring her to all of the parties with massive drugs knowing he was a recovering addict... and did insisted he fly back and forth from Solid Gold in LA to Dallas... to keep up, she gave him uppers!

For the first time I saw pictures of young Barry looking like Andy. Andy died because of a broken heart,we knew it. I wished I could turn back time and hold his Hand if he struggles but always were at his side in good times and in bad times. For me that he needs the most a love that gave him the power to fix his broken heart. A love that never left him or choose him only to get Barry. No a woman who want him and only him,who gave him the feeling he was the only one. I'm so sorry that nobody helped him to do the right choice. I don't know If I were the right one,but I he couldn't fight I fight for him. He could Rest but only for a short time,because I want him alive.30 years are to short for such a great talent and wonderful man who had so much to give. The Music in heaven must be incredibal with all of that great musicians gone to soon. Andy's career was going nowhere. His 15 minutes were over by the time he was 25 if not sooner. He was unreliable and couldn't hold on to jobs that might have helped him regain some momentum. It was unfortunate that he allowed himself to be marketed as a teen idol because they have notoriously short shelf lives. The Bee Gees always had their teen fan girls but generally did not present themselves as allergic to shirts. Andy was rarely photographed or performed fully clothed. That and the not wholly unwarranted belief that he got a whole lot of help from his brothers, especially Barry, made him seem like a lightweight. When Andy was riding high in the charts with songs co-written by his brothers, they were also putting people like Samantha Sang and Yvonne Elliman into #1 hits. Not names destined for any hall of fame. He finally kicked the coke but he was still an alcoholic (and there is no other term for someone who is drunk every day as he was in his last weeks.) His life would probably have been longer and happier had he pursued almost any other career than the one he did. He seemed tormented by the fear that he didn't measure up to his brothers and truthfully, he didn't. It's a tragic tale but that ought not inflate the estimation of his talent which was modest. If his last name were not Gibb he'd be viewed in the same light as Bobby Sherman, another attractive and clothing averse young man who racked up some big hits and disappeared as soon as his fans left Junior High. This probably seems very mean of me but for him to always be ranked up with the Bee Gees rankles me.

For the first time I saw pictures of young Barry looking like Andy. Andy died because of a broken heart,we knew it. I wished I could turn back time and hold his Hand if he struggles but always were at his side in good times and in bad times. For me that he needs the most a love that gave him the power to fix his broken heart. A love that never left him or choose him only to get Barry. No a woman who want him and only him,who gave him the feeling he was the only one. I'm so sorry that nobody helped him to do the right choice. I don't know If I were the right one,but I he couldn't fight I fight for him. He could Rest but only for a short time,because I want him alive.30 years are to short for such a great talent and wonderful man who had so much to give. The Music in heaven must be incredibal with all of that great musicians gone to soon. I hope that someday if I came there and I hear the choir tears will running down my face because that must be overwhelming.

Andy's career was going nowhere. His 15 minutes were over by the time he was 25 if not sooner. He was unreliable and couldn't hold on to jobs that might have helped him regain some momentum. It was unfortunate that he allowed himself to be marketed as a teen idol because they have notoriously short shelf lives. The Bee Gees always had their teen fan girls but generally did not present themselves as allergic to shirts. Andy was rarely photographed or performed fully clothed. That and the not wholly unwarranted belief that he got a whole lot of help from his brothers, especially Barry, made him seem like a lightweight. When Andy was riding high in the charts with songs co-written by his brothers, they were also putting people like Samantha Sang and Yvonne Elliman into #1 hits. Not names destined for any hall of fame. He finally kicked the coke but he was still an alcoholic (and there is no other term for someone who is drunk every day as he was in his last weeks.) His life would probably have been longer and happier had he pursued almost any other career than the one he did. He seemed tormented by the fear that he didn't measure up to his brothers and truthfully, he didn't. It's a tragic tale but that ought not inflate the estimation of his talent which was modest. If his last name were not Gibb he'd be viewed in the same light as Bobby Sherman, another attractive and clothing averse young man who racked up some big hits and disappeared as soon as his fans left Junior High. This probably seems very mean of me but for him to always be ranked up with the Bee Gees rankles me.
