In 2004 my dad and I made a Mississippi evening cruise on the Cajun Queen paddlewheeler and this song reminds me of this wonderful event...My dad passed away six years later when he was 89 years old and I am glad he had been able to make this long trip from the Netherlands. The song is an evergreen!

This song defines my teenage years. Listening to this on a fine summers day, on our way to Cornwall on holiday. Sat behind my dad, all the windows open and this playinig on the radio, not a care in the world. I didnt realise how music can take you to another place until I rediscovered this!
