Hey, I want to get this for my dad who does not have a smart phone, but he does have a tablet above 4.0 android. Can he use the watch out and about, then sync it at home with his tablet? Cheers
Yes once it's connected to the app once, the time and everything will be adjusted automatically. Then he can sync it at home, the app is only required if you want to keep upto date with the features it had built in.

Ngl I don't have one split of money and I got a and have this watch and am loyal to it for a year now even though I have enough money for an Apple Watch.
Some features drains battery such as increased brightness and other running background app. Download the app and disable any features that you don't use and see that helps

Hie how do You change the Battreies .. Bought the watch and put it on the charger but its showing 100% battery and switches off BH itself ?/

For some reason the battery is draining very fast, I just got it and it went from like 99% to 70% in like 20-30 mins, any clue how to fix it?

I can't even use it as a regular watch because the hour can't be changed.
You need to download the app, once you have synced the Smartwatch with the smartphone. The time and date will automatically adjust.
