I had PCOD... before my marrige.. 5 years back then I loose my weight... I joined a gym... after two years of marrige I gave birth to my son... The desease was completely gone... but after baby i gained some weight like 10-12 kg... and now it is reverse... Again I have this irreguler periods problem and acne on my face.. and now I am gonna gymming... so yeah... weight controle is very importent point in this desease... and avoiding suger... 😊

Hello sir, back in January 2022 I went through major surgery for my right hemorrhagic cyst. It was about 9cm with a twist. Dr operated and reserved the ovary successfully. But, I didn't feel relieved as I still feel pain in my lower abdomen, sides, and lower back. Drs are unable to find what exactly is causing pain.
