Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a condition that affects a woman’s hormone levels.
Women with PCOS produce higher-than-normal amounts of male hormones. This hormone imbalance causes their body to skip menstrual periods and makes it harder for them to get pregnant.
PCOS also causes hair growth on the face and body, and baldness. And it can contribute to long-term health problems like diabetes and heart disease.

I have pcod before 6 years now I'm cure by exercises and doing some home remedies drink cinnamon water is so powerful for pcod/pcos so plz those who have take cinnamon water regularly early morning I'm super cure now without medicine without any treatment its normal depend on you how you can do exercises or take a healthy diet apni diet se chini (sweet) ko hamesha ke liye kat kar dena bss jab tak periods regular na ho jaye.....

Sir, I also want to ask something. Whether PCOD can also be caused by contraceptive pills. And if it happens how harmful it can be. If someone has to take emergency pill 10 times in a year.
Contraceptive pills are hot the cure to pcos they worse the situation
