As an Aussie I am so envious of the awesome old 19th century coins that you Yankees have access too at such superb prices. It is much harder here in the Antipodes!!
SC = Senato Consulto, or by Senatorial Decree. This is most often used on coins produced in the provinces rather than in Rome or other mints under direct control of the emperor (aka imperial mints). The mint mark would be on the reverse under the figure, but I don't see one.
11:00 Wrong! Those coins are not in 835 silver they are in 640 silver. After World War I Austria didn't made 835 junk silver coins (exception 5 Schilling Magna Mater 1934-1936) again!
Late 19th century American coins are utterly delightful!!

4:02 100 Francs from France are in 900 silver and each one contains 13,5 grams fine silver. I have a few of it.
Lovely Greek!!
Imagine the 1885 being from Philadelphia!
I think you are right mate the Barber 25c looks to be around fine!! Well done?? The German East Africa coins are great!!
25:06 Again un 640 silver not in 835 silver! 😌
The coin presses used in New Orleans were used, moved from other mints. It's very common for New Orleans struck Morgans to be weaker strikes.
Have you checked the 1900 Morgan for the O/CC error ? If it’s there the price definitely increases
German “E” Mint- Muldenhutten. Dates of operation 1887-1953
To add: until 1887 the mint with the letter E Was located in Dresden
