I use my Reshiram, that survives his dragon attack.
I didn't use Samurott cuz i pick Snivy
I did the same thing too but all i did is have Samurott use Revenge.
I had my Emboar one shot it with Hammer Arm.

In my opinion, this is the battle that more than others makes you feel the real tension and fear.
It's a bit "All or Nothing".
Probably it's also for this theme... Very loud.
In Pokémon White, I used Samurott, Swanna, Zebstrika, Leavanny, Cinccino, and Vanilluxe. I switched Samurott for Zekrom but we managed to defeat Ghetsis.
I remembered how my Leavanny knocked Seismitoad with one hit! Such good memories.
Should've switched Cinccino.
Don't underestimate my Cinccino. She's pretty strong, plus she used Focus Blast on Hydreigon with a Critical Hit. Knocked him down with one hit. 😏

Qotd: My team in pokémon white was Emboar, simisage, unfezant, krokoodile, gurdurr and carracosta.
Ghetsis's Hydreigon is infamous for a good reason. That dragon can walk through your team without giving you the change to strike back with no problem. Easily amongst the most memorable battles in the franchise.
It took me 3 tries to beat Ghetsis in pokemon black when I was absolutely trash at pokemon and 2 tries to beat him in pokemon white after I got much better at pokemon.I 1st tried N in both games

My team was: Samurott, simisear, haxorus, archeops, excadrill and zekrom (the version I was playing was white), the battle was very exciting for me since it was my first time playing and finishing a 5 gen game, my team was ready for battle but even so it was an insane striking of moves, my biggest problem was the hydreigon.

Am I the only one who grinded my Pokémon 10 levels higher than necessary because I was traumatized by the high levels of Cynthia and Red?
For me I did the same thing for cythia but not red I beat him with pokemon in the high 60s to low 70s although the battle was very challenging if you meant the fight in HGSS

I like your team,but you don't use Krookodile if you use Excadrill. Use Hydreigon if you need a dark type.

@@Calmtimer You and I are quite similar, Pokemon Black was my first Pokémon game,and I mainly used my starter Samurott and it was overleveled but then also it took me 3 tries when at the most very hard gym leader took me 2 tries only.

My team; the weak sp defence dragon dance dragon, The big dog, the big snake, the red cocodril, the candel fire ghost, and the eelectric eel.
A lot of mix moves to cover weaknes in my pokes, like the dog with ice fang, the snake with atraction, toxic, giga drein and facade save me a lot of times.
just finished my Pokemon Black run, Ghetsis' fight was God damn awful, I already caught Reshiram and the Musketeer Trio, but I wanted to finish this game without legendaries, safe to say, oh boy.

Scolipede came in real clutch, X-Scissoring that Hydreigon with a crit and Hydreigon missing his Fire Blast. Swoobat is trash, lmao, I only got it as a flyer, it dies too easily even tho its rather speedy. Still tho, that thing one shotted my Swoobat and Klingklang so Scolipede being a last resort for that thing was mmm.
Battle got down to only my Chandelure and his Seismitoad, taking the chance since he used Rain Dance, got a crit on Shadow Ball and barely won the fight, God damn esthatic when that happened.
