man this dude roasted the absolute crap out of me and my buddy on a Norwegian cruise ship a couple of years ago. literally the entire hour for both of his shows. dude is hilarious. We were nicknamed 21 and 22 lolol

You know why they hold the flashlight that way? Back when they used those big D cell flashlight they would hold the light near the front so they could hit you with the back of it.

I was holding that MagLight, cop style. I'm no cop though. Just kin and friend to several former cops.

I didn't just get the light in my face when I was pulled over...I got lipy with them because they were targeting me...they quickly changed it to a Billy club and I got it in the face...I deserved every bit of it!
30 years ago I was the bar manager for the Comedy Circuit at Snowbird. Kevin played there a couple of times a week at a stretch. I was his driver and when my car broke down we both road in the back of a truck from the main location in Midvale. All the way up the mountain we talked. And after closing time we sometimes played a little pool and talked some more. What an intelligent, lovely and surprisingly serious man. I'm just delighted to see him here, with 6.5 M views and knockin' it out of the park. Well done and well deserved. Hats off Kevin from Kelly, way back in the day.

This guy is right from my era. I LOVED his recollection of all those games and candies and TV shows.
Yeah... I'm originally from Belgium and we were one of the first houses in the street to have TV. We had two (2)national channels which both started broadcasting for the first time in 1958, one in Flemish ( similar to Dutch) and one in French.
In the early 60s they would purchase programs and series from the US because it was cheaper than producing their own, including Lassie and Flipper... Zorro and the Monkees were the others I remember. That's how I learned to speak English... listening to the words and reading the subtitles in Flemish... Amazing how well that works...

"bad language" has a place in comedy (and drama), but too often it's used as a "shock" to deflect the audience from a lack of talent. A comedian with actual talent can work "straight" or work "blue" if they are FUNNY. Overuse of "bad language" without any real reason lessens the "shock" effect anyways, Leading to....Exposing the NOT FUNNY aspect of much modern "humor".

I grew up in the 90s, was born in 88, it's great how much of this was still nostalgic for me. The candy, the toys, the games we'd make up, and always having some good shows to watch even if we didn't have 500 channels and you had to time things. Heck, even the station wagon with the panels.

I love the candy necklace joke and sound effects. Plus, the Etch-a-Sketch, who didn’t build stairs with that thing. I work on a computer all day. When my eyes start crossing, I rewatch this set. It’s always funny!
This is actually so hilarious, probably the best stand up I’ve seen ever, this guy don’t curse, he’s original, and he involves the audience. And everything is funny, he don’t have any dry spots.

How refreshing to listen to a real comedian who doesn't have to rely on swearing or telling filthy jokes. This is what seperates the wanna be's from the real comedians. No smut, no swearing, just good clean comedy. He is the funniest man I have seen or heard for a long long time. A true stand up comic. I would go to his show any day of the week and I would know I was in for some real entertainement. Well done Kevin Jordan, you are a real trouper.

I was born in 1953 (68 now) and grew up in Belgium and we had similar experiences. I remember the candy necklace but we didn't have Pixie sticks.That was not a candy sold in Europe. We had licorice sticks you chewed on all day...a piece of root. costed a few cents but it lasted hours...
We were the first in the neighborhood fo get a TV, B/W of course ( a German Normende) and we had 2 channels. Only 2. Our national broadcasting company was established in 1958. We had one channel in Flemish (Dutch)
and one in French. When I was a teenager (around 12-13 yrs of age) they had purchased TV shows from the US which was cheaper than producing themselves.There was no school on Wednesday afternoon so they were broadcasting Lassie and Flipper and the other dog series Rin Tin Tin... That's how I learned English, listening to what was being said and reading the subtitles. I also remember watching The Monkees later...
we had an antenna on the roof and you had to climb up there to make sure it would catch the channels properly. My dad would be on the roof twisting the antenna and we would be standing next to the TV shouting when the picture was snow free and sharpest. The knob to change the channel was broke too and we had to use pliers to adjust the set too... and we were the remote of course...
This was so recognizable and a walk down memory lane including the BE LT to cure whatever problem you caused...
I Googled and found out Kevin is only 27 so it surprises me he experienced all those things.
I have seen this now at least 15 times and it's still funny as hell...

Thank you Kevin Jordan. I just relived my entire childhood growing up in PA. Right down to the easy bake oven, little wax soda pop candy bottles, orange hot wheel race tracks, and all the good candy we had back then. Yup; no wonder us kids that had to sit in the very back of the LTD Country Squire station wagon; always had to ask: "Are we there yet ...??" That was spot ON; and I can relate 100%. Good times !!! lol. I laughed and smiled a lot while watching this super funny video. Good memories being a kid. My mom had a LTD BOAT Country Squire Station Wagon. I remember it well.

I watched this man about 8 months ago, totally relatable. Born in early 1960's and understood every flashback he provided and laughed until my facial cheeks hurt. )wanted to be clear!) I remember carefully undoing a paper grocery bag and cutting and taping it over our school books. I even showed my daughter in the early 2000's how to make her own book cover! He's insanely funny. Love his show!!

This guy is absolutely brilliant! I’ve been laughing so hard, I’m crying and I definitely have a stomach ache…that’s why laughter is the best medicine, it works your core AND elevates your spirit. Comedians ARE our greatest health and sanity resource.

If you had a new one on,Friends would beg you to let them bite them off (Kids often had a dirty neck lol) the mark of a true friend.

Loved him and memories of days gone by,don't matter what state ,color ,or neighborhood evidently many of us had same experiences. This is the 3rd dry bar comedies I've seen every one was clean and funny.For younger comedics try it this way larger audiences and requires real talent

I watched/listened to a bunch of Dry Bar on a recent road trip. This guy had me cracking up & definitely helped keep my sanity in LA traffic 🤣
You have to respect someone that can make you laugh, with clean material. Just goes to show you that you can have a great time without even a curse word. I’ve never seen this man but I would go to his show.
