Does it get easier with time. I am 60 yrs and moderately active. This is very challenging. Any suggestions. I do like your modified versions. Thank you.
Am i supposed to warm up before doing mobility exercises? Cause i did the 1 st day of this challenge the 30min mobility workout and ended up with a muscle strain in my right leg
Hi there, sorry to hear that! I hope you’re recovering well. 🤕 All routines do include warm ups (movement prep)! However you should ALWAYS listen to your body and not go too deep into certain position early on in the video or in your mobility journey in general. 🙏🏼 If needed you can do a generic warm up beforehand (I do have a playlist too).
