She gave me diet plan everyday & I follow everything,sugar bhi chod di thi or weight loss hona bhi start ho gaya. Approx 10-12 kg I was loss.but after some time it's gained as it is. Mai bhi aapki tarah pareshaan rahi then follow rujeta diwakar blogs. Ab normal ghar ka khana but small plate me, portion control lekin satisfied food.40-50 minutes brisk walk,everyday , Weight Kam hona start ho gaya h,khud mei change visible ho reha h,fat to fit ki journey chal rehi h😊thanks dear u & ur family r so nice & lovely person's.
