I did try before to use the bread machine instead of hand kneading, the texture do have slight different though. Looks and taste better with hand kneading. Or maybe my bread machine is not the superb one. 😆
A dough whisk would have been so much cheaper than a great big machine that you only use to mix! Bread looks nice, but if I’m doing it in a bread machine it needs to be completely done in the machine.

@@foongyanfung3864 I have problems with my hands so the bread machine must do it all. The only thing I would consider is having it knead the dough and then shaping it myself to bake in the oven. My bread machine isn’t a fancy one either, but it’s good enough to save my hands. When it wears out I’ll buy a better one now that I know I will use it regularly.
