    Thank you for sharing this recipe and for the lovely words about your bread maker. I, too, have fallen in love with my bread maker again because of this recipe. I changed the recipe a bit to make it sweeter so it matches a bread from my childhood that I miss. (318g milk, 40g sugar, 38g condensed milk, 55g butter, Egg wash on it after the 2nd rise). Your dough shaping technique, after the first rise, is part of what makes this recipe great. It is essential if you want to experience the full pleasure of this bread.

    Can anyone help me please? My Hamilton Beach Artisan bread machine manual doesn’t list a cycle timetable, so don’t know how to tell when to take dough out to remove paddle before last rise. [I love, love, love your channel and presentation! You have such a sweet, kind personality!]

      About machine cycle timetable, different machine have slightly different timetable, but that does not give much different to the end result, so dont worry if you have different machine. On this recipe I took out the paddle when I took out dough to shape, if you just want to leave for the machine to do all and want to take out the paddle, you need to be there when the machine do the deflate, (the last knead ) that only last maybe 1 or 2 minutes, should be around 1:45 to 1:30 time showed on your machine. I hope my answer helps. Happy baking~~🥰

    I would like to see a couple slices in two days after it is fresh out of the machine. My breads all come out nice and soft right out of the pan too but in a couple days it gets pretty hard and dry. That Perysmith machine is the exact same machine as the Westbend High Rise machines they are selling today. I have the Westbend Highrise and it will make up to a 3 pound loaf.

    • @theweatherisaokay4964

      Hi, try storing your bread in container, bread bag or biodegradable plastic bag, not paper bag right after it cooled. They should not be left uncover or they would be dry. Our home made bread also stayed fresh and can be consume for 3 days only because we didn't add any preservatives, bread improver or bread softener. Yes! someone also mentioned that Westbend machine are same with PerySmith, except Westbend didn't have Yogurt and Jam making setting. Thank you for watching and happy baking!🥰

      It seems like this comment didn't reach me, only now saw. This is not a big loaf, so it's only use small quantity of flour only around 400 ++ g, If my recipes didn't give 2 sets, it means both size pan can use the recipes. Oh my, don't lose hope, your bread maker can still make beautiful bread, if my recipe is too big for your bread maker, try to cut the ingredients, only one to remember, cut the ingredients in metric measurement, not in cups and spoon, it's much easier. If the ingredients only in cups, weight it and divide using metric. This loaf is around 750 g, you just cut the dough into 2 portions or just roll into one big ball. Please enjoy your cute bread maker, I might get one smaller bread maker too, to cater for my viewers who have smaller version🥰

      @@theweatherisaokay4964 Thank you! I actually tried this yesterday. The dough part was okay but after folding and rolling, I let it rest for 45 minutes and it's gotten so big! Lmao it actually overflowed my breadmaker. It cooked fine though, just a little bit undone. Maybe it was too big for my breadmaker. Is it okay if I make the dough and store half of it in the fridge after the folding and rolling part? I read in google I can store bread dough in a bowl sealed with cling wrap in the fridge for 3 days. Will that be okay? I plan to use just half of the dough first because this whole recipe is also too big for us to consume in a day.

    Did you mean 3tsp condensed milk? I measure 1 tbsp of condensed its 15grams.

    • @theweatherisaokay4964
      @theweatherisaokay4964  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's 3 tbsp, not tsp. Sometimes, the weight is differ slightly depending on the thickness of the milk, there were times when the milk is thicker from different brand and thinner from another brand, so it's better to just measure, 3 tbsp. I hope my answer helps. Thank you for watching and happy baking!🥰

      @theweatherisaokay4964  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @nellyareodique6798 I'm sorry to hear yours not turning as desired. If the dough didn't double, higher chances your yeast is not fresh/not active and sure enough the bread would be hard when baked. If the weather very cold in your area, you need to give dough more time to proof. Don't lose hope, happy baking!🥰
