Just about to start tuning my 19 3.2 have done the intake Armax snorkel dpf back exhaust catch can an have purchased bigger intercooler that i will fit when the trans coolers arrive along with the Wholesale Automatics trans kit upgrade. Then off for a tune as its out of warranty soon but only 50k on it. Your uploads are fantastic 🍻
Hey, is there a gasket between the turbo and manifold, was just told by ford there isn't a part for it? but there is one if you buy an aftermarket kit online. Any Assistance would be appreciated!!
Awesome video, can't wait for the dyno test, on a side not , did U block the exhaust side when U deleted the EGR, because there is a lot of soot on your bonnet at the back on the driver's side.. looks like a cracked EGR, with exhaust gases shooting up.
soot is from me reusing the original exhaust manifold gasket when i first swapped the turbo, with the new gasket it's all fixed, i've got a blanking plate there as well.
I know that the ford ranger is purposely limited by the factory on the intake side (intake box) and exhaust (gasket in downpipe) due to overspeed rpm in the turbo. Have u managed to solve this issue with your new turbo?

Tremendous viewing. Thank you bro
Awesome stuff man 👌
Nice insights bro
A dyno tune will make a huge difference
its a VNT....VNT will always struggle with back pressure Hence the Boost falling off.....cheers for the video
Have you checked the head exhaust ports to the manifold match port them might be some gains..??

I noticed the exhaust leak stain on the underside of the bonnet also.
