When I learned this, my life changed. If you’re in the past you’re gonna be depressed and if you’re in the future, you’re gonna have anxiety live in there now do what you need to do for now. Yes, look forward to certain things but look forward to them don’t try to change things so that youwill possibly have a better outcome. If you put genuine work into whatever you do in the future will be written all by itself. Good luck.

Whoever is reading these comments remember you cannot change yourself in one day. It takes time. But you can improve yourself 1% each day. Improve yourself today. Just a little bit. If you don't have habit of studying for hours start reading for 15 mins without distraction. Then after 1 hour again read for 15m without distraction. Now make a target for tomorrow (chapters, topics. .) and try to complete it. Now if you don't want to study then write notes. Copy notes. But don't let yourself get bored or tired. Be Disciplined.Congratulations you have improved yourself.
