This is awesome! As I mentioned on another video I am from Germany where baton twirling is not common. I am also in my fifties and started recently. This is a wonderful practice plan for me especially because you show proper form and all the details. E. g. my backhand flips were totally wrong because I moved my shoulder way too much. Thank you!

Omg she's back and still ridiculously hot. Wow. The movement is amazing when it's broken down like this. Ridiculously impressive.
Those palm spin things are crazy.

Two one revolution back hand flips look like two one hundred revolutions back hand flips at full speed. Wow.

You are so wonderful at what you do! ❤ By any chance do you have any tips on how to find a twirling coach ? Been trying to find one near me but with no luck 😅.

Hi! I teach virtually, but if you're looking for someone in person, there is a coach finder tool on the USTWIRLING.COM website!

That number six elbow roll she says we're gonna catch it thumb to big end...to a layman it would all seem random but it's all so intentional. She is saying big end, no? Oh, it's called the ball(says google)

Yes! It is the big end/ball! Interestingly, they are very important to differentiate!
