A few things you and Kane seem to have missed:
- 2 jab is 11 frames now instead of 10
- 4 is a 12 frames now instead of 15
- db3...3 has a transition to MED
- db3...34 can transition to KIN or NSS same as WS4
- KIN f2 is now homing
- IND and MED only heal recoverable health now. MED 1+2 can still heal all health. Did not confirm myself but seems that the lifesteals from other moves can recover all health as well.
- FLE ff splats Yoshi against the wall, so it cannot be done against the wall anymore
- IND teleport does not heal, or at least the move list does not say so

as a good Yoshi main I understood 99% of the things on the screen, but it's still nice to hear confirmations from one of the best Yoshimitsu players in the world... certainly that 1,1 unsafe is very scary 😅

it should be noted that after flash b22 gives +17 on hit and the fc df1 low unblockable is i26. That means you can only jab him out of it, which means you have low, mid, unblockable mixup that is far more powerful than other characters have in options
Fc df1 highcrushes so they cant even jab tho right? No way they make it so that you can jump and launc it or smth that would be insane.

Damn, seeing some of the 1+2 stuff being now 1+3 (left throw). It's gonna be uncomfortable. I'm used to do Safe Heron Jump (NSS Death Copter jump).
Playing on controller, i used to map shoulder buttons :
L2 = 1+2_____2+3 = R2
L1 = 1+4_____3+4 = R1
L3 = 1+3_____2+4 = R3 (

What does putting sword away do? I don't get it...
Click legt or right on your keybad to jump 10 seconds forward or backwards. This could've saved you a couple of minutes

Missed so many of his key moves cuz you skip over them , should’ve let Kane and trench be in control of the video player
Yoshi's mysticism and uniqueness seems almost ruined. All of his good/difficult moves are over simplified and nerfed. The trade-off being easy strings. I may be in the minority but the meter system feels to be a mistake. It doesn't feel like Tekken.
The simplification is good. He wasnt “super” mystical, his moveset was long with extreme high execution strings just to do damage, that get solved at the highest level.
Just because lines become simpler and more effecient doesnt make it bad. Esp considering they brought the accessibility he had in Soul Cal over to this. That is a net +
He was always simple. He just have a big move list, execution wise he super easy.
Yoshi was never complicated. I love him to death and main him but his moves were a mess as well as a gameplan and I'm all for him being more streamlined and playing actual tekken while still maintaining his flavor
