This is my single most pet peeve I have with the new AS 11 after using the S9 for years with the large water container. These companies are just shrinking the water reservoir more and more. I thought it might also be to make you get fresh water every night! It is probably not good to leave your tank with water for several days without replenishing with fresh. However, I am assuming that the tank on this product constantly refreshes the AS11 tank? So, there will not be standing older water in the AS11 tank for very long? I would guess that you want to clean the Cspring tank at least once a week or when it empties one time?
Hi Jay, Since the CSpring uses distilled water and UVC (ultraviolet light) technology that Keeps the water fresh and sanitized; you only need to clean your chamber as often as you feel it needs it or follow your cpap machines manufacturer recommendation. To clean the chamber simply Unplug the water supply tube, remove the sensors and clean it as you’ve always have. The CSpring does not need cleaning often. It is suggested to clean every 10 days or so. I personally, clean the water chamber every two weeks and the CSpring one® once a month. There will always be clean water inside the chamber unless you turn off the CSpring.

I clean mine when it runs low with some vinegar and water. And let it sit dry a while. Great question!
Just got mine for the air sense 10 and it only fills my reservoir a little less than half way before shutting off. Anyone else's do this?
It is supposed to stop right where you stuck the lower sensor. Is that where it is stopping?
@@sarahthecpaplady The sensors were already attached when delivered. It only fills til the top sensor which is halfway up the reservior.
@@DrunknOdin if you feel the sticker was accidentally placed too low I would get with their service department. They will likely ship you another. If you leave it on it keeps it at that level so you never run out.
Do the lights come on every time it refills ??
They stay on all the time it is "on"
