Who is the genius who came up with the open top? Was that so dust and other contaminates could enter the reservoir or perhaps so the distilled water could evaporate requiring you to refill the reservoir more often, you know, the very thing we bought this to avoid. You need to develop a lid that can open to fill and then close and then you need to send it to everyone who already bought this.
I wish your company great success! The CPAP manufacturers , in my opinion, have prioritized small size over functional convenience. I have even read where manufactures say that if you go consume more that 13oz over 8 hour period, that you are doing something wrong. WOW. [While you may have mask leaks, that is not my case.] I have used two humidifiers in series (Resmed + Fischer/Paykel humidifier) for years.. but this makes me really tempted to give your product a try.
If you love in the desert or any low humidity area this accessory is a must! Thank you for designing this! (The MK2 has a closed top)
