While watching this, I got a TAS-ish feeling; some of the player's movements and their pattern memorization are really REALLY clean , it's amazing. Also, I'm not sure if the title is appropriate. Sorry for being picky, but shouldn't it be "no miss/no bomb" instead of "perfect"? Imo "perfect" Touhou runs refer to all spellcards being captured as well, but the player (e.g.) avoids Orin's midboss spell by timing out the non-spell before. Nevertheless, I loved watching this because I prefer to play as Marisa as well, it's very satisfying. Thanks for the upload! =)
I remember there being some debate related to how that one midboss spell was skipped, then people just kind of accepted as a "perfect clear" due to said spell also technically not being failed.

can run that skipscat walk be called perfect? why don't you use yellow formation to kill pairied fairies that shoot purple amulets on stage 4? but that section with using grren formation against fairies that shoot green amulets on st4 was god damn good.
