The detachable band really is a door to opportunities. I'd love to see the same one on other logitech headphones which could allow so much customization!
@@juangabrielgopiao13 i did, didn't like them much. they are so comfortable and light but i found the audio quality noticeably worse than my old ones (logitech g430). ended up returning and getting steelseries arctis 3 instead, they're just as comfortable with better quality imo
ive had my same astro a40s for ages, has the arctis pro but the earcup broke at the connection so went back to a40s, i still think theyre the most comfortable ive worn. i need another set though so i might try these, after astros i really cant go back on the comfort, its now priority alongside audio quality, maybe higher.
Good amount of bass? Balanced? This headset almost completely lacks bass and the highs are overemphasized thus making it treble heavy. It's really good for competitive gaming though.
@Dnl C I guess it should be alright for streaming, it's got an okay mic. It's pretty bad for music imho. I had it as an replacament headphone because I was waiting for my new pair of dt770's.

Get Serious These are gaming head sets right? I have an OLD set of Turtle Beach head sets that have 4 or 5 speakers in each ear cup and do/are true True Dolby 5.1 surround. How do you hear things go over your head or hear footsteps behind you without separate speakers? Is there some trick to the NEW head sets that make it really surround sound?
You're right, I never had money for it but I was close to someone that'd let me mess with their turtle beach set. I don't have the cash strap for high end headsets but I need to do a double take on the speakers on this. I got this Logitech model though because it was on sale half the retail price plus a knock down of a couple of bucks.
Had finals last week but dont worry, we got some good content on the way and as much as I hate to say it, we unfortunatly do not have of..... for now 0_0

@@Zepravity u should have removed the padding inside the ear cushions, it will improve the sound.
@@justlg3359 i did try that, the quality did improve but it still wasn't as good as my old g430 or the arctis 3 imo
