This is a terrible video for showing how to thread this machine! I stopped watching during the threading instruction, as he kept putting his hands in front of the camera, making it difficult to see exactly where you aree putting the thread. No thanks.
We got a used Juki DU1181, I did not had a clue on how to use it. It set here for almost a year time. Last night, I found this video and it really helped me to get started, I did exactly how you explained and I was able to sew some. Thank you so much for taking the time with all the detail. My husband was very happy that I finally used it! Dios lo bendiga.
This video was so very helpful!!! My machine was ordered from California and I live in Alabama! It arrived for the most part put together, but trying to follow the manual has been a challenge. The last thing I need to do is to attach the knee lift. If I just had a couple of pictures it would be invaluable. Also, If I can order from your company, I certainly will, in thanks for your video!
The book says that I should oil the machine regularly specially on the top, there is a black rubber insert, the biggest one among the group, lift the rubber stopper up and oil the inside, there is like a small whole and the inside looks like a cotton, I guess that is like it absorbes the oil, can you explain why the need to oil this?
