- Welcome to Day 2/30 of my Spring Cleaning Spree! If you're new here, I'm sharing 30 cleaning videos in 30 days to help you reset and refresh your home. Today, I'm tackling my kitchen cabinets. As everyone's kitchen is a bit different, this is a choose-your-own-adventure cleaning session. Whether you want to remove everything and clean inside or simply spot clean some areas is up to you. My oil and honey bottles/jars are all in a tray or shallow pan in the cupboards so that the shelf stays cleaner and the tray can occasionally visit the dishwasher.

I use drawers liners to protect the surface. It makes things so easy to clean/maintain 🙂

Under my sink is filled with cleaners and cleaning supplies too. Last time I had to take them out I just placed them in a bucket so I wouldn’t have to take out every single bottle.

Paper towels work great for on top kitchen cabinets. Absorbing any grease and dust. Just roll up, and discard .Next time cleaning job will be a breeze 😊
Damn. I was hoping today was the stove, so I got a jump start on that day. Cabinets will just have to be whatever day that is lol.

I’ll be moving out of my Apt this October. I’ve been here 8 and 1/2 yrs. The clean out is going to be brutal. Currently my place looks like something out of Hoarders! (It’s a long story) since I have no idea where I’m going. My rent went from $860 to $1600. Electric tripled even tho I use less. I’m tapped out.) I
Be getting a storage unit soon and I’ll be boxing things up and getting things in that. That way the movers will be cheaper with less stuff. I may be homeless at this point and sleeping in my 2007 Kia sedan. It’s so depressing it’s destroying my health. I go to bed hungry I’m struggling so much. So ANYWAY 😊 I’m going to follow along and clean with you to help that last big clean be easier 😊

Hey Brandon what would you recommend for nicotine stains etc on top of kitchen cabinets, it’s absolutely stinks, I was told it had been deep cleaned but it’s not been ☹️
Oh no! I’ve had really good success with Dawn professional degreaser for that. I would also suggest a deodorizer if the smell persists. Odorcide makes a great smoke one.
Also here’s a video I did cleaning up an apartment with smoke/nicotine damage.

Can you do a video cleaning insides of those low quality pressed-together-wood-shaving cabinets you see in cheap apartments? I’m afraid whatever liquid I use will make the wood swell/buck up. Thanks! You’d be doing poor people everywhere a service

What a great series! I would just prefer they were put out in the mornings since I tend to do my cleaning then 😅 But maybe you're in a different time zone? I'm from Massachusetts.

I like to run a toothpick on cabinets that have a lip or edge, it's absolutely insane how much gets stuck in there!
Using a cleansed old toothbrush first works wonders
I always keep and old toothbrush in my cleaning kit!💯
