Hi just wanted to ask ,i played sports all my life and now aged 31 was doing gym regularly and was feeling pain on my back ate some pain killers temporary relief, after some time same pain, left gym and a PT told that i have hyperlordosis treated me for 15 days still have pain, wanted to ask can i recover and resume my sports and gym activities?i mean can the pain go away ever?
You're very welcome! 🙂 Thanks for your kind comment! 🙏 Usually, you can see first results after a few weeks if you've been practising daily for 2 minutes per stretch. However, we can't promise you anything as this also depends on the individual extent of your muscular-fascial tensions. Therefore, just keep exercising regularly and see for yourself how these stretches help you. Hello doctor Very interesting and educatif video I have a question : by correcting the hyperlordosis can the patient grow in height? I did some research some say yes others no . Thank you have a good day
Thank you so much, Benseddik! 🙏🙂 We're happy to hear you like our video. 😍 And yes, by correcting the hyperlordosis and your posture, you can also increase your height a bit. 💪 If you practise our stretches regularly you'll release any built-up tension in your muscles and fasciae that made them shorter in the first place and caused your hyperlordosis, so you can not only correct your bad posture, but also compensate for this shortening and grow a bit. 🙌 Give them a go and practise regularly for best results. We'd love to know how you get on! Best wishes, Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht
I have this issue and it causes me so much pain. It is hard to do exercise especially ab work. I also suffer form Desti Rect from having my stomach stretched from pregnancy. Love the video and will try this. How do you move your pelvis if it feels stuck? This maybe difficult for me cause it is hard for me to move my pelvis.
Hi there, thank you for your nice comment! 🙂 We know how painful this can be and how frustrating it is to suffering daily from it. 😔 Therefore, it's great that you are going to try our stretches to alleviate your pain quickly and naturally! 🙂💪 Please exercise regularly for best results and to relax any built-up tension in your muscles and fasciae. If your pelvis feels stuck at the beginning, this doesn't matter. 🙂 Just try to stretch as far as possible and improve daily. Even if it's just small steps, your body will get used to it quickly and make fast progress. Get started now to make a first step towards a life without pain and suffering! We'd love to hear from you how it went! 🤗😍 Best wishes, Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht

Hi Chandershekhar! 👋 Don't worry about it! 🙂 A first worsening of your pain is likely to happen after exercising for the first time. 🙏 If you notice that your body reacts to these exercises, this is a good sign and means that the exercises are working. Now it's important to keep repeating them daily, so you can counteract the pain and relieve it. 💪 Just make sure that you go slow and steady, and always remember your personal pain scale from 1 to 10 when exercising. You will get the best results if you work at a level eight or nine which means that although you feel intense pain, you can still breathe calmly. As soon as your pain level reaches a 10, your body will tense up mentally and physically - and this condition should always be avoided! ☝ Please update us on how you get on and how you feel!
