I'm sorry you had that experience with Escapees. We've had good luck with them. The Polk County is very accommodating with vehicle registration as well. Everyone should do their research and pick which service works best for them. There are alot of mail services out there. I had not heard of the o e you use, good info to pass on to people we meet who ask. Thanks!❤ LauraD
