Sonic Advance 2 has always been one of if not my favorite of all these silly endings. Its so intense, and the build up has you on the edge of your seat. Dude if that game gets remade, I'd cry.
If only getting the chaos emeralds wasn't tied to getting all the metals in a stage in one go just to get to the special stages, then Advance 2 would have been good. To me, it stands as the worst requirement for 100%, and you need to do it for the other characters just to unlock content.
i don't remember robotnik jumping up and down with the end word beneath him on sonic 2. I remember after the end credits a sign came up saying sonic the hedgehog 2 at the end (this came up regardless if you collected all the chaos emeralds or not)

I honestly didn't expect sonic to save miss vanilla from free falling from the atmospher and casually land while carrying her like nothing happened and he didn't even get injured, not even miss vanilla in rhe ending of sonic advance 2, what an underrated achievement from sonic.

My common game i get the good ending in is SONIC 2 because thanks to it being on switch i was able to restart special stages and get the emeralds and i now knew the stages in and out! Im a true sonic 2 winner 🏆😎

it took me years to get good at the blue sphere's on the sonic 3 + knuckles (still retain some good reflexes on the stages now) and the ending when you bag the super emeralds too is so satisfying in a way. 100%
Wait a minute, Sonic lost the chaos emeralds after Egg Reverie, meaning, since Robotnik had to have returned to Little Planet at some point to fetch Metal Sonic, he could have also gone to the ruins of Titanic Monarch and obtain the chaos emeralds

they should do an origins like remaster called sonic portible origins with the advance games, rush games, etc.
