When i import any file in filmora the in middle the voice starts crackling also the preview becomes black some times.

5 sec work for a newbie in capcut....absolute disgrace that Filmora's speech to text needs a lot of work/ refinement, no predefined templates for captions , have to convert a Mere text to compound clip to add effects (an absolute joke) and even in compound clip, one is unable to view the main clip...being a paid User of Filmora , it absolutely irritates to me to go to such huge extent to put some mediocre effects in our edits.
