(first of all sorry for my english :-) ) The latest update of my Filmora is version 13.1.1 (it doesn't have those features you mentioned) I do Chek for update but it doesn't show any newer version. Can you please tell me how to install these new features (new version)
For some reason, after some upgrade I now have a different version of Filmora 13 and Video, Color, and so on are now on the right side of the screen and I don't like it. Is it possible to bring all that to the left side, like you have here and like I had in the beginning? I don't mind them correcting bugs, but when they change everything on me it is very time consuming and irritating!

Because I have had a huge amount of problems with Filmora they offered me 1 month free Assets. I only had the time to edit one video, worked on it for quite a few hours and then later would add the audio. Now tried to export it, thinking that it all be well, as I am not adding anything else, just exporting with the paid Assets, which I used within that month, but they are all removed. What is going on? Talked to them, but even if paid for, downloaded to your computer, you lose it all. I knew that video editor companies do this if you are on subscription. You pay huge amounts of money but at the end, if you stop paying, you can't export your videos ever again. But with the Assets I had no idea. They solution? Edit again, this time using free Effects and Transitions, of which there are ever less. It is like Money Sharks. So fed up... but looked around for a better editor and they seem all as bad and one can't even start to understand how many versions of each there are and all work quite badly.
Hello, do you maybe know how to turn off video looping? Every time when I try to edit last seconds, and my video time end, Filmora throw me back to start, its really frustraiting, and I cant find answear how I can "repair" this problem.

At the top right of Filmora, change the layout. Choose one of your choice.
