    Nice condo, thanks for sharing. Things in Dubai are crazy costly, only because there are people there willing to pay it. Even for $1K a month in many cities around the world, you would get a glass door shower/bath divider. A shower curtain is typically a sign of "low end rentals".

    Nice apartment Kevin, i thought that was the building when we were on a call haha! I stayed there last year, pool at the top is unreal too!

    Many similar upscale Marina apartments are like $3-4K per month so paying this kind of money is not really needed :)

      @@TheFinRevolution To be honest after searching deeply that’s not true. The building quality & this view can’t be found for 3-4k per month for a 2 bedroom unit.
      You can however find similar units without this view for your range listed.
      Similar views to address JBR and similar build would start at a minimum of 200k AED per year $5k usd per month but in a different area with no beach.
      The building 5242 is a good option at $5k usd + plus you have to consider all other fees like agency fee, municipality, deposits, utilities which brings it to way more than that per month.

    dont u feel the springs is more peaceful.. u can have a nice jog, nice restaurants and a little less hustle bustle.. i mean its a desert city after all.. i prefer the springs over this anyday..
