Its about time someone took this thing INTO the water for demo since its supposed to be fully waterproof & all. Most people are just puttimg the coil into like 4" of water. Thank you!

Thanks Mate yeah they refilled this beach this past winter with dredged in sand. It’s a totally different beach now and im actually behind last year in finds but ahead in first gold , but the gold I found was for a girl that lost it ha ha , I like all your videos and try to watch them soon as they come out
I just Ran it in Beach mode 2 18-20 sensitivity on the dry in the water 16-17 sens I run a noise cancel and the ground balance is in auto tracking mode
It actually doesn’t most of the time , if I wanted to rush I could prove that it doesn’t actually , I could toss it faster knock the pile over and grab it faster then reaching for it turning it on and waiting for it to start up ( the pinpointer) 95 percent of the time it shows up fast , some coins are just stubborn
I have had them at the beach have had one float away and leak and another leak both expensive Minelab ones that claim to be water proof , I go slower for the cameras if I wasn’t filming it for people to see I could sort way faster without the trouble of a pinpointer
For the water I run the noise cancel beach two mode sensitivity 15 in the salt water ground balance is automatic tracking I use all tones for tone and run the iron tones on too
I have one have many actually they are basically pointless on a beach , hardly ever is their a need for one if I wasn’t trying to show people I would go quicker , most of the targets I’m scooping are in the water and the stuff on the dry sand can be found 99 percent of the time by kicking over a scoop of sand and I always fill my holes and ones that regularly beach idiots leave
You have to watch a video on Unexploded ordinance ( UXO’s ) that the Army Corp of Engineers has it’s like ten mins long then you can get the permit. The reason is it’s possible you could find it because they dredge up sand from Bay here to fill beach up
@@pedrovillaverde8705 here where I live Everywhere is Revolutionary war and Civil war battlefields protected locations most of the City’s in the region prohibit any detecting on public lands such as parks schools etc , yes you need private property permissions those are hard to come bye even if you know people
Im still trying to work that one out I emailed Minelab and they said that the wires less ones aren’t available till August they don’t work with the previous models. Wireless Bluetooth I guess
@@florigjona5390 yes the KOSS ones that Minelab has made for the Equinox’s work with them they thread in and work great , they are designed to dive with too
You might want to lower the sensitivity down to 15 And probably lower and the X-Terra Pro and the jumpy VDI will start to stabilize and the Junk Target's will be more jumpy than the good target's and I don't remember what the settings are on the X-Terra Pro cause I just got it a week ago and I found a bottle Cap and it gave me a iron grunts for it but I dug it anyway to see what it was and you can take the top of the coil and slide slowly off the target and I got some iron grunts that way, but I'm very excited for the X-Terra Pro and I'm very new to this X-Terra Pro and it's going great and better than the Simplex + and I have ALOT of Bottle Caps that I was digging with the Simplex .....
I run my machines hotter than most guys at the beach I can tune out the falses pretty good . With the Simplex you had to run it low bevy it just was useless in the wet but with these Minelabs they handle it much better

Well the 700 is nice I think it’s carbon fiber shafts plus the SMF but the Xterra Pro will get it done on the beach

The entire video is Xterra pro Notice the coil shape you will see it the Equinox is round DD coil the XTP is lemon shaped
