That's one massive erosion cut! I always find the best stuff whenever cuts like that are around, although in my area they tend to be fairly rare. That gold ring was absolutely beaut! Nice finds!

Gold tends to be lower numbers under 40 and silver higher like 70 and up. Size of the target will change the number too.

White sands🙁 hopefully you get a break from the weather soon. I was on my way to the beach yesterday and the rain was beyond my limit. Can’t risk ruining my GoPro. With my mic set up it’s no longer weather proof.

Good video. I'm curious as to your honest opinion on this detector. I bought one and have only had the opportunity to use it one time. I want to give it a fair chance and learn the machine b4 saying one way or the other. But you seem to have joined it in fairly well. What do you think?
Like anything, as time goes on and you get more familiar with something you getting better at using it. The XTerra is no different. The capability of this machine vs the price make it a great deal imho.

Looks like I say 50s-60s at first. But if I look at the screen after scooping I see 40s.
