They live at a higher altitude which increases there red blood cells count since there is less oxygen at higher altitudes .So when there at a lower altitude they are able to absorb more oxygen thus more energy for endurance...(only scientists understand this respiration process)

Almost all ethiopian runners are from rural area where schools are miles away from their home, and they grow up running every day to go to school. I understand where you come from, but the fact is they did not have the opportunity to board school bus to go to school like you did. Their strength, stamina and determination comes from that. They win because of all the hardships they faced growing up and the doping test you suggested is nonsense to me.
