Thank you for the best set up instructions I've seen yet. Either they skipped the part I needed help with or it was already put together when they started filming. Three days I spent trying to complete this stupid thing. Getting the front, back and top on was a nightmare by myself. This was only to learn I had to disassemble the frame to get the roof and sides on. The 90 degree weather didn't help any. I would only purchase another one to give it to someone I didn't like for punishment.

This looks like the harbor freight one.

do I have to slide the poles through the edges of the tarps? This doesn't show them doing that but when putting it together myself, there doesn't seem to be any other logical way. the front and back tarps of the shed don't stay up otherwise.

Is anchoring the responsibility of the owner?

These sheds are a joke. I purchased one from Menards. I built a floor out of 4x4s topped with 2x10 deck, mounted the shed pipe frame with precision. It was totally incapable of withstanding N Dakota winds. I later reinforced the pipe frame with 2 added rafters and it lasted 2 years,... barely, with many small leaks. Once there is one tiny tear, goodbye, the tarp/plastic is feeble, rips like toilet paper. There were holes at the folds out of the box. Had I not reinforced the frame it would not have lasted a year. If you are lucky and the wind is light , you may get 2 years out of this junk.

How do these shelters hold up in wind?

Probably pretty good as long as you anchor it, which is the responsibility of the owner.

I can tell you first hand. I set mine up and the wind tore it to shreds. I never even put anything in it.

Horrible video. Play the whole thing through. Stop the time lapse on a building tutorial

Garbage. Pain in the arse to put together unless you are in a garage with a flat floor and a second person with a ladder is a must.
