Sounds like a literal panic attack 😬. I'd recommend getting some of that super sticky transparent tape. The thicker variety is like rubbery hot glue (comes in a reddish role); then you have the ultra thin kind where you peel the paper backing off. So I'm definitely not talking about the regular double-sided 3M tape. You can get the stuff I'm referencing from places like Hobby Lobby. Wish I could give you a specific name, but I'm telling ya, it'll definitely keep those vines in place, and you probably won't be able to notice it at all.
thanks for the advise. Was going to just use a dab of gorilla clue at the contact points of the vines to the body. Nothing bananas. But that all depends on how annoying the vines are to stay onto the body. I'll know when she gets here.@@Chalor.

Ivy looks very nice, shame that they gave us 2 different briefcases (instead of just one with a hinge) and didnt include Krypto (who is vital to tracking her down in Hush) though!

Before you buy another and start applying glue, I'd recommend getting some of that super sticky transparent tape. It'll definitely keep those vines in place, and you probably won't even be able to notice the transparent tape at all.
Maybe the vines make it look more extreme, but Ivy looks pretty jacked in the arms and shoulders; and it looks like they have cankles. The heads look great, it's just the (somewhat bodybuilder) proportions look a bit wonky. It used to be rare for them to put out a non-perfect incarnation, but this one and the somewhat recent Thor didn't come out as well as I hoped. Regardless, I'll still love adding it to the Hush line-up. Feels weird not having Hush, Nightwing, and Huntress (plus not getting Riddler 'cause I think the heads look bad); but I still have enough to create a little display. Really looking forward to Scarecrow, and hope they announce a Jim Lee Croc soon.

Hey man. Looks like you may know the answer to this question. I recently purchased the Mafex Batman Hush Black version costume. My figure head was ok for a bit. I kept playing and posing it. Now it feels a bit jammed up. I don’t want to mess with it cause it feels like it may break. Is there anything I can do to prevent that?
To prevent it from getting too stiff? Maybe some liquid detergent? I’ve done that from time to time on neck joints of 1/6 figures that are too stiff. Haven’t done it with any 1/12 yet
Just checked my emails and discovered AmiAmi sent the payment request two days ago 🤦🏼♂️. Same thing happened with my last two purchases. Even with the Figuarts Indy being past the payment deadline, I still got it. Shit just gets lost in a sea of spam. I wish they would just send an email to say they'll be charging my card soon, and be done with it. Maybe I've forgotten, but I don't know why AmiAmi has you manually pay when your card's already on file. Maybe to give you the option to apply newly posted points to use towards the order. Anyways, very excited to get the definitive Poison Ivy figure. My default has been the DC Direct Secret Files one. I think it looks better, but obviously would prefer one more in scale with most of my stuff, and all the extra articulation.

Three of those days is the processing, but once it's shipped via DHL, it's usually two days. Overall, it's still half the time it takes to receive something within the States from Sideshow or BBTS.

I'd recommend getting some of that super strong transparent tape. Not the normal 3M variety you can find everywhere, I'm talking about the stuff you get from places like Hobby Lobby. You can get it super thick, or ultra thin, and it's more like a rubbery material as opposed to normal tape. It's done wonders for helping me with stuff like this, but doesn't permanently damage anything, you can remove it if need be, and it's super strong with not being noticeable.
She does but it’s mostly because she isn’t wearing regular shoes like other figures. It’s just a bit more pronounced because of that (feet are slimmer)
Man, that's disappointing. She was in my top 10 of the year in terms of excitement, but I HATE when I have to fiddle with details that should've been sculpted.
Another great first review Kaiju. I have pre-ordered it as I have the rest of the line, but I think it is a disappointing looking and fiddly figure. It's only popular because it is part of the Hush storyline. The Scarecrow looks much better and should be a winner though.

Some people in the comments have offered some good advice for making them more adhesive to the body. Might want to check/try. Not having the figure would be a pretty big hole in the line.
Nah, at the price I paid for this, using sticky tack or super gluing it just doesn't set well with me. This could have been the definitive Poison Ivy figure but now it's officially a dud in my book. If I can't articulate it without the vines falling off all over the place then I have zero use or interest in it.
@@MrRiley-Is-Not-Amused I’ve only had an issue with one of my vines. It doesn’t fall off but it does need repositioned on occasion. The vines are particular to left and right that’s for sure. My biggest complaint is it is a little top heavy due to her hair and has minor posing issues for an import.

I don't remember her having shoes, that's my only gripe, those damn flats look ugly.
There is an official artwork that have her on shoes if remembered correctly, so it is still technically accurate to the source.
It’s either this or same skin but no toes. In the comics, she had no individual toes. I think the colorist forgot that she actually wore slippers.
