I think there was a mistake in the ruling of second case. By ruling in favor of plaintiff for $548 because he couldn't return the gaming system, the plaintiff is then allowed all of his money back AND he gets to keep the gaming system.
No it’s correct, because he wasn’t able to return the system so now he can use the awarded money to go towards a new gaming system.👩🏾⚖️

Tbh if he has been playing the pipes for a while he should be aware of what conditions will affect his performance and should have discussed it with her beforehand. Her father's funeral was her final goodbye and obviously, it meant a lot to her.
Considering he is a TV show judge seems like that's obvious that's part of his job if you did not entertain at all I'm sure people wouldn't watch

Judge got the Kyle judgment totally wrong. That receipt was still valid. If he had a problem with the retailer he should have spoken to management. Not to mention that the console (probably a PS5) was still under warranty so even if it didn't work, there was no loss incurred by not being able to return it.
Greetings. I too think that the receipt was in good enough shape for it to have been accepted by the merchandiser. It should have sufficient for the merchandiser to be able to identify the receipt as authentic and thereafter honour the refund and or exchange.

Second case, the plaintiff blames the defendant on the left in the pocket receipt that got in the wash, and he wanted to return an game console. Plaintiff is not a responsible person if he leaves the receipts in the pocket and get made when his pants with the receipt gets washed. Plaintiff likes to be a dirty college student. Yuck.
The student isn’t going to pass uni since he calls it a council. It a console.

Defendant of first case is from the 1970's, he forgot this is years later. He is lost in the time warp. And he lied about the cold affecting his playing. His ancestors come from where it gets very cold, and they play in the cold very well. He cannot admit he is a terrible bagpipe player. Sad and stuck in a time warp.
I felt sorry for the defendant after the last words from the plaintiff 1st case 😅
