- The plaintiff and defendant met in college, and they became friends. The plaintiff claims the defendant and her friend attacked her at a party one night, then vandalized her car. She’s suing for car repairs and medical bills. The defendant argues she was in the bathroom when the attack happened and had nothing to do with the vandalizing.
