I've heard a many judges be harsher to fathers like her, who filed cps cases against the mother but didn't take any initiative to have the child removed and suddenly in civil suit case where they're sued by the mother for failing to pay child support, only them they want to seem like the caring parent.... You do realize that a lot of the CPS cases are where they are investigating WOMEN, and they end it with UNFOUNDED. Yall seem only outraged when it happens to be against a man with full custody.
I work in law enforcement and I've seem women BRAG about how many times CPS has investigated them and they still have custody or access to their children.
If the abuse in this case is actually true, then why isn't the mother in this case seeking full custody and a protective order for the child against him? She doesn't WANT custody. She had it, willingly gave it up, and thus far has had no desire to seek custody again.
And FYI, in certain states like Texas, corporal punishment by a parent is completely legal as long as it doesn't inflict serious bodily injury. But I've seen way more CPS reports of mothers beating their kids than fathers. And sometimes it's a non bio boyfriend of the mother who she let's beat her own kids.
      Stop with the selective outrage.

Since its the mom, its look down on. Just goes to show you how society views mothers and fathers differently. If split custody works for them then why disrupt everything if this was before the abuse? Why does the mom have to have equal or majority custody but a dad can see his kid every weekend and be praised for being there at all?

Then years passed, she was admittedly intimidated by him and the fact that he made so much more money and she wasn't as stable...
She was clearly still in her daughter's life if she was seeing her every weekend and the daughter opened up to her about abuse.
Fast forward some years after they split, and she said the abuse of the daughter, from what she knows at least, didn't start until 5 years ago.

I can't stand men who act so nice and so caring, well spoken knowing what it takes to impress the judge. He is proud of this creep since he is in possession of the daughter. He makes me sick!

So the judge not going to point out his cheating was a part of their problem

I have a problem with saying he abused her but she leaves the kid with him. IF he didn’t it, then take her out of there. However at the end, the little smirk when she said quit beating your daughter made me think she was lying. And I have seen people fake pictures so that doesn’t hold much for me.

She literally explained herself on why she thinks kid is better off with dad, because he’s more stable and financially responsible, JM kinda came down on her kinda hard, the dad tried to respect the mom but that was unsatisfying JM it’s giving you want him to degrade her like he’s doing, their both good parents with room for improvement ❤
