Beardbrand from the front I'd say keep them but side on you can see that the growth is concentrated at the front. What I would do if I were you is leave them grow for a month or two more and then clean them up but leaving them as high as the hair will allow (all the way from sides to front)
it may look nicer to us but obviously he prefers that look since he has yet to shape it up.the beard is on his face as well I'm pretty sure he should be the one deciding what to do with it lol
+Mateo Garcia It depends on the goals, if you drop the wolfman that early to a low cheek line then it would take more than a year for sure to get a natural high line filled. I would rather deal with it for a year and pick the rewards after than ending up with a garden gnome low line
I wouldn't say take it to a low cheek line... but just take off the area between his mouth and his side burn... just follow the natural line coming down from his sideburn to meet up with his mustache. That's just my opinion though ☺
I was on Team Natural Cheeks, but I'm starting to worry that my brother and I don't stand a chance up here if they decide to overthrow the rest of your face.
Does anyone use a Wet Brush when blow drying your beard? I've found that it works great, no tugging or pulling. It helps to have beard oil in it. I use both the oil and Utility Balm. Also, once a week I do a hot coconut oil treatment.
It's been 4 weeks since you stopped shaving your cheeks and I can now confidently say that you need to shave them again. It looks a bit awkward from a side view with the massive dips and at this point you will be more beard than face. Just my opinion though 👌
Good looking beard. I appreciate the comments when I submitted my picture earlier. Comment: I have worn a shorter beard for 24+ years. During that time I always used regular head hair shampoo and conditioner on my head as well as on the beard. When it was left to grow longer I noticed a problem with beardduff. I experienced a "snowfall situation." Since my beard is now much longer I have notice much benefit from using beard shampoo, oils and balm. I have spoken with many younger men with beards about the benefits of oils, etc.
There are some points where I think, "Man... this series is taking forever" and other days I realize it's already halfway done. Time really does fly. - Jack
Man ive also started growing my beard when jack did but i only got half the length he go (did trim twice tho and im still only 20) ur growth is fantastic
Right on, man! And hey, don't get down about length right now, if you're already halfway the length of mine at 20 years old, it sounds like you're gonna have a killer beard by the time you're my age! - Jack
Man, y'all aren't seeing Jack in person day to day. I think the cheek lines look dope in person. When you look at us on camera, you're pretty much only getting one angle.
I know you can't always get enough of him, but here's a few to get you started: instagram.com/p/BgrNyTJgp4o instagram.com/p/BgwXtT_hz1V instagram.com/p/BgUB89VBnW7 instagram.com/p/BgEsB_HB03k instagram.com/p/BgCHUW3BG44 instagram.com/p/Bf345ipBU42 Admire his amazing hand modeling abilities!
I have a huuuge beard picking problem!! is a mix of a normal touching my beard and anxiety touch in stressfull days. I got some big bald spots that never grew back and I now try to mask them. What really worked for me is to carry a stress ball or something similar, to touch and squeez that instead.
Burnbegins I understand what you mean. When I was younger I had a long beard and then I started to pluck the hair out. For some reason I was fascinated by the stick roots. The only way out was to shave it off as I created bald spots. I strange how bad habits are so hard to stop. I have grown a new beard now but I keep my hands off it. Best way to stop bad habits is not to start them.
Been growing my beard for over 6 months now, went to the barber for a trim and I mean just a trim. You can guess what happened, he reduced it to stubble. Absolutely gutted. Why do barbers do what they want instead of what you ask them?!
Sajeevan Sivam He used a beard trimmer on one side of my jaw and in one fell swoop, it was gone. Tell me, oh wise one, should i have walked out with uneven sides, partly still beard and the other stubble? Jackass.
I have a reverse goatee situation where the underlip and sides of my mouth and chin don't fill out to connect my beard up, what can I do to encourage or make the little hair that does grow there thicken out or look natural
Make sure you're keeping that skin clean. Be sure to incorporate plenty of protein into your diet. The last thing (I'm always a little hesitant to suggest) is to look into taking a Biotin supplement. - Jack
I use beard oil every morning after I wake up. Whenever I take a bath, I use beard oil then blow dry the beard. 1. How can I add beard balm according to my routine? 2. After adding beard balm do I need to change the way I use the beard oil or applying some in the morning will suffice?
Good question, so when it comes to balm (like a utility balm) you gotta make the choice to either use balm or use oil. You don't need to put both into your beard. BUT, when it comes to styling product (like styling balm) you can use this after applying beard oil or balm and then blow drying your beard. - Jack
I was skeptical in the earlier videos my friend but as it gets longer and after the trim, looking good my friend. I still say like up the cheeks but I see why you are letting them go. Good for you! Keep er up.
Another awesome video Jack, Wow thanks for the shout out! Ha! I am trying so hard not the touch my beard! I carry my comb with me at all times! It works.
Hey Jack! Great video again man, really enjoyed your own livestream the other day it was really nice talking to you. Glad you reinforced our thoughts on the yeard rules. It’s your beard! 😀
PS Jack, is your moustache naturally that short, or do you trim it? At week 15 of my yeard, mine is much longer than yours, currently curled into a developing handlebar Just curious given the length of the rest of your mane
I think a good maintenance trim could set you up nicely. But again, man, it's all up to you, if you're happy with the way your beard looks right now, don't feel pressured to get a trim. - Jack
my beard gets itchy cause its so oily and after a couple of months i have to cut it cause the itching gets way too intense ...what can i do to make it less oily
You may want to try out something like Utility Balm instead of Beard Oil. Also, really make sure that you're not using way too much product. 3 to 5 drops of Beard Oil can get you through a full day and only a fingertip amount for balm if you decide to use that. Also, make sure that you're really washing your beard 2 to 3 times a week, that'll help get the excess oil out of your beard. - Jack
I can't personally recommend ironing your beard because I've never tried it myself. I think Greg Berzinsky may have tried it before so he would be a good guy to ask this question. - Jack
Does anyone have like a hella think patch under their jawline on 1 side? I have a fluffy side and a side like I described it drives me insane.. you can't really see it but any suggestions?
Hey there Jack! Great video, as always. Beard's looking great, dude! I often find myself stroking my beard, I'm not picking or pulling any hairs, but I think this may be getting my beard hair a bit dry? Not sure.. I use some beard oil twice a day anyway.. and bro!! Those cheeklines are high af!! I would lower them and line them up a bit, but that's just my opinion, still looks good! Thanks for sharing, keep on growing!
Great channel. I’m two weeks in at my second attempt to grow a beard and find a lot of useful info here. Never heard of Lanolin until we found out that my daughter was allergic to it. And also my wife doesn’t like my beard because she calls it face pubes. Now I have to tell her that she is right, again. Later and I did subscribe as well.
Awsome video!!! I just want to thank you guys at beard brand for motivating my beard growth, it has finally come through in some areas but most are still patchy. Im currently 18 years old and i was wondering is there any reccomended product to use for really early beard growth??
Of course, Alex! Personally, I'd recommend getting some beard oil. It was the most helpful product for me when I was in the early stages of my beard (and when I was your age, that's basically all I used). Eventually, as my beard's gotten longer, I've switched over to using Utility Balm. But for a guy like yourself, I think a bottle of something like Tea Tree beard oil will set you up perfectly. Hope this helps man! - Jack
Hi Jack. Beard and hair looks great. I’m not a picker but a stroker. I know it’s not as bad but I do it in one spot constantly. I’ve got to stop. I had my 6 month trim. It didn’t go well. I lost way too much meats and stash. Oh well. It’ll grow back. Thanks.
Yo jack please help!!! My problem is that I'm doing the yeard challenge too and by the end of April it will be my five month mark and I don't want to get trims and it gets really itchy and I'm really tempted to shave it but at the same time I don't want to PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
Are you using any oils? Balms? Beard shampoo? Beard Conditioner? If you answered no to any of these this is more than likely your cause. If you are, try to scrub deep into your beard exfoliate when shampooing.
Using a good hand cut and polished comb also makes a huge difference. I bet beard brand combs are hand cut and polished. The cheap pressed combs irritate the skin under the beard.
I would strongly recommend the use of beard shampoo. Regular hair shampoo and regular body soap bars strip your hair and skin of all of its natural oils. Beard shampoo is much gentler. I used to have a short beard and I had beard ruff constantly ( itch and dander) switching to a beard shampoo and a good comb made all the difference. I used oils when it was short and I used regular hair shampoo and a cheap comb when I had itch/dander issues. All was resolved with the proper shampoo and comb. Best wishes to you. Hope this helps!
Jack, I just saw your "Day 1 of my Yeard" on IG... Holy crap!!! You're definitely well suited to rock a beard as oppose to being clean shaven. Beard on brother.
Man I’ve pulled at my beard for years. I’ve gone plenty of beards without doing it and then I catch myself doing more often without even thinking about it. Anyone have any tips on how you’ve stopped? Working on a yeard right now myself and I’m two months in.
One my best ways to stop pulling my beard is by carrying my pocket comb wherever I go. It gives me something to fiddle with instead of pulling out beard hairs, plus it helps keep my beard nice and combed. It's a win-win! - Jack
That really depends on your beard. I've grown a beard where split ends have happened a month in and with this one they didn't start happening until about 3 months in. Taking proper care of the hair really slows them down from happening. - Jack
I picked at one spot so much one day that I created a patch....result was that 3 month beard I was growing out got trimmed down to a 3 all over...better than starting from scratch I guess
What the-- your cheek hairs have grown back in already? o_0 That spot is usually one of the slowest to grow! I trimmed my cheeks a couple of months ago, totally fouled it up. Then I cut everything back except my goatee, so I had a Scruffy Goat. I immediately started growing it out again, now I'm on track for a decent beard by summer, and a big beard for the winter-- but those cheek hairs are the last to fill in :( I'll probably trim the top edge of my cheeks again once my full beard is back, just to give it a better profile. But this time I'll take it VERY slowly. I'll shave about 3/16ths of an inch in the right spots, and see how that looks. You can always cut more, but it's a long process to get it back if you cut too much! (At least for us mortals, who didn't have beards in High School.)
Hi Jack, thanks for your video. I think there are not many people who really answer you. To your question I answer you that your beard is super nice but it is absolutely necessary shave the hairs of your cheeks. Those who say that it suits you well I do not think so, that's not the case at all you would be much better shaved cheeks.
As I have stated before, my beard is about the same length growth as yours and the timing is also nearly the same. I have not nor will I trim the cheeks. Let it flow.
I think your beard is coming in nicely. I do think you'd have a more clean look with the shaved cheeks. I just shaved my beard. It was 1 year 12 days of growth. It was 7 inches long. It was my 2nd yeard. Either way it's your beard. Do what makes you happy.
One thing I would add - washing your beard with soap every day is not necessary. It will dry out your beard and just cause pointless wear and tear. Unless your day-to-day life means it truly gets dirty, then by all means. Personally I only wash my beard with more than just water maybe once a week.
Beardbrand I’ve been trying for a while but always shave. Found your page and inspired me to try again. It’s such a dramatic change in appearance for me. I’ve been shaving clean for 25 years. Just have to get over it and grow. Looks great on you. Keep it up!
razor trimmers will create split end hairs. it will literally split every hair follicle since it does not cut the hair cleanly, its shreds it. thats why u use scissors to prevent split ends, im quite amazed by the bro science beardbrand uses. about picking hairs its just dead hairs in telogen phase that fall out, a healthy strand will stand thucking, it will even heart to pull it out. u will recognize if the hair is in telogen mode by seeing a little bulb in the root of the hair that just plucked. the more hair u got the more hair u will lose everyday. but dont worry about split ends, hairs dont grow in the same speed, protruding hairs, the outter most layer will look light, not dense, dont mix this up with split ends. be a man, not a woman. unless u are a woman with a beard then rock on. asshole over n out happy christmas to everyone. PS oh forget vitamine suplements, start eating grassfed beef and other organic meats and organs. they hold all the vitamins ur supplementing with, google is our friend and foe.
Who all caught themselves stroking their beard when he said “touching your beard” I’m sitting here guilty of all of these except for shaving. I’m half tempted to shave it all off and starting over right by scratch
Why does everyone hate the high cheeks so much? It balances out his face. If he "followed the line" to clean up the cheekline, in my opinion the beard would look a disproportioned and too low on the face. In an earlier video, Jack spoke about one of the struggles of growing out your beard, is other people around you and what they think. If he's happy with it, let the man live! He looks great. Where is the rulebook where you have to have clean sharp cheekline?
I think if I had decided to grow them out and leave them alone from Day 01, people would've been a little more accepting of them. But to start growing them, about 20 weeks in, was really a bad move on my part. I might be shaving them down pretty soon, mostly out of style (I've always rocked really sharp lines). But, we'll see. - Jack
Dude its totally your beard. I think I might have started this mess. I personally do not shave my cheek line. I flick off unwanted hairs on my cheeks with clippers. When I use a razor, over time it cuts low into the beard. I have found that when I flick them off with clippers I have total control of what is removed. If you do decide to clean your line start at the top and take just a little off. I feel like you are wanting to see if it will fill in. By taking off just the top it will clean it up and allow time for the rest to catch up. My cheeks are clean and high, however if I took a razor to them they would be significantly lower due to unwanted removal over time.
Funny you say beard hairs need to be treated differently than scalp hair, yet you use stuff that is loaded with dihydrotestosterone inhibitors (mango butter for example) which are good for scalp hair but very bad for your beard, which is made of androgenic hair that needs dihydrotestosterone to mature and grow.
I don't agree with y'all. I def. think trimming the high cheek hairs def. looks better. to each their own, but no trim or haircut will make those cheeks look clean
'Growing a beard is no easy task, believe you me!' ... Says Jack, with his gigantic, dense, full, thick af, long beard that we've literally watched just quickly and effortlessly sprout from his face 😂
Watching your past videos I think the cheeks just make your face cleaner and sharper when shaved maybe a more groomed appearance and the non shaved. Cheeks give you a more rugged appearance. Don’t let youtube comments shape your opinion whatever you think looks good man
Thanks for the kind words, man! Personally, I'm on the fence about the cheeks, I've never let them grow before, so it's been interesting to have the hair in my peripheral vision all the time. We'll have to see if they stay or go! Thanks for watching! - Jack
Are you on Team Natural Cheeks or Team Shaved Cheeks? Let me know in the comments!
- Jack
Beardbrand Shave em bro!!!
Team cheeks!
Beardbrand from the front I'd say keep them but side on you can see that the growth is concentrated at the front. What I would do if I were you is leave them grow for a month or two more and then clean them up but leaving them as high as the hair will allow (all the way from sides to front)
Team Shaved Cheeks
I thinks they looked better shaved it gave it more shape but that’s just my opinion
#cleancheeklines
Anthony Henry
i agree... it's the only thing preventing greatness!
it may look nicer to us but obviously he prefers that look since he has yet to shape it up.the beard is on his face as well I'm pretty sure he should be the one deciding what to do with it lol
+Mateo Garcia
It depends on the goals, if you drop the wolfman that early to a low cheek line then it would take more than a year for sure to get a natural high line filled.
But what if your beard is the same way as the hair on your head can you still use conditioner and shampoo because I see other videos and they do it
I was on Team Natural Cheeks, but I'm starting to worry that my brother and I don't stand a chance up here if they decide to overthrow the rest of your face.
Jack's Eyebrow oh man Jack lost his eyebrow again.
Your voice is getting better on camera. Great job.
Thanks, David! It feels more natural to film these with every new week
- Jack
Does anyone use a Wet Brush when blow drying your beard? I've found that it works great, no tugging or pulling. It helps to have beard oil in it. I use both the oil and Utility Balm. Also, once a week I do a hot coconut oil treatment.
I've never personally used one in my beard but it looks like it would be a great tool to use. Thanks for the suggestion!
- Jack
Jack, I love this journey you’re taking us on!! I can’t wait for a new video to post each week. Grow on my man!!
It's been 4 weeks since you stopped shaving your cheeks and I can now confidently say that you need to shave them again. It looks a bit awkward from a side view with the massive dips and at this point you will be more beard than face. Just my opinion though 👌

Almost at the 6 month mark. Time flys by when you’re bearding.
There are some points where I think, "Man... this series is taking forever" and other days I realize it's already halfway done. Time really does fly.
- Jack
I can’t grow facial hair but I love watching these videos! You and mahesh are what I look forward to everyday, keep it up!
Hey, thank you very much!
- Jack
Mediate them across your beard? Do they all get along after mediation?
Man ive also started growing my beard when jack did but i only got half the length he go (did trim twice tho and im still only 20) ur growth is fantastic
Right on, man! And hey, don't get down about length right now, if you're already halfway the length of mine at 20 years old, it sounds like you're gonna have a killer beard by the time you're my age!

Please can anyone recommend master barber based in London. Mahesh is not based in the capital right?
Man, y'all aren't seeing Jack in person day to day. I think the cheek lines look dope in person. When you look at us on camera, you're pretty much only getting one angle.
Eric Bandholz 👌
Eric Bandholz I have seen Jack in some instagram beardbrand promos. Maybe you should have more promo shoots with him.
I know you can't always get enough of him, but here's a few to get you started:

Admire his amazing hand modeling abilities!
Can't agree more
If he's happy with it it's all good, personally I would definetly trim the line.
I have a huuuge beard picking problem!! is a mix of a normal touching my beard and anxiety touch in stressfull days.
I got some big bald spots that never grew back and I now try to mask them.

That's a really good suggestion, my pocket comb has kinda of become my stress ball
- Jack
Yes, Mine too.
But people kept making Fun of me at work (I would to xD) for combing my beard too much.
So I bought a hand grip, and its working.
Burnbegins
A hand grip is better as it is not good to comb your beard too much.
What to do if my beard gets tangled in my shirt color? It feels very uncomfortable when my beard gets in touch with the color.
Been growing my beard for over 6 months now, went to the barber for a trim and I mean just a trim. You can guess what happened, he reduced it to stubble. Absolutely gutted. Why do barbers do what they want instead of what you ask them?!
Ah dang man, I'm really sorry that happened! Some barbers just won't listen, I guess.
- Jack
Now you know how woman feel
Over Ambitious can tell you one thing for certain, lesson learnt!
I believe if that happened to me:
(1) I would not pay saying he/she failed.
to follow directions.
(2) a botched job did not earn my money.
Sajeevan Sivam He used a beard trimmer on one side of my jaw and in one fell swoop, it was gone. Tell me, oh wise one, should i have walked out with uneven sides, partly still beard and the other stubble? Jackass.
Hahahaha I literally just laughed out loud when Jack said “get a fidget spinner”....freakin priceless
Jack, I sent photos yesterday for the weekly streaming video you are doing. I wonder if the have been received.
Gotcha, we'll take a look and see if we can work those into the queue so that they can be featured in the stream tomorrow!
- Jack
I have a reverse goatee situation where the underlip and sides of my mouth and chin don't fill out to connect my beard up, what can I do to encourage or make the little hair that does grow there thicken out or look natural
Make sure you're keeping that skin clean. Be sure to incorporate plenty of protein into your diet.
The last thing (I'm always a little hesitant to suggest) is to look into taking a Biotin supplement.
- Jack
Beardbrand thanks!
I use shampoo everyday then I rub in coconut oil after my beard dries. No complaints here.
Great vid man. I have a huge issue with playing with my beard all the time at work. Thanks for the tip on carrying a comb. I will do that.
Good call! The comb trick has really helped me out
- Jack
Yeah I have a problem with touching my beard I'm trying to stop but it's like automatic sometimes I forget I'm doing it
It's one of the hardest habits to break, trust me!
- Jack
I use beard oil every morning after I wake up.
Whenever I take a bath, I use beard oil then blow dry the beard.

Hey Jack! Great video again man, really enjoyed your own livestream the other day it was really nice talking to you. Glad you reinforced our thoughts on the yeard rules. It’s your beard! 😀
Thanks man! It was awesome seeing you stop by the live stream!
- Jack
Wish I had the choice!! My beard is so thin and patchy on the cheeks! Another fine video gentlemen!
PS Jack, is your moustache naturally that short, or do you trim it? At week 15 of my yeard, mine is much longer than yours, currently curled into a developing handlebar
Just curious given the length of the rest of your mane
I don't trim it, I've got a naturally small 'stache
- Jack
Beardbrand
Interesting, cheers for the quick reply, bud
I'll keep looking through the channel for moustache trimming advice
I still haven't trimmed and I'm at 8 months, Should i do a little time? Cheers on the Beard.
I think a good maintenance trim could set you up nicely.
But again, man, it's all up to you, if you're happy with the way your beard looks right now,

I can't personally recommend ironing your beard because I've never tried it myself. I think Greg Berzinsky may have tried it before so he would be a good guy to ask this question.
- Jack
Ok what is the best to avoid a cerly beard what does you suggest
that’s a dope beard after the yeard you should keep it this length permanently
Does anyone have like a hella think patch under their jawline on 1 side? I have a fluffy side and a side like I described it drives me insane.. you can't really see it but any suggestions?
Hey there Jack! Great video, as always. Beard's looking great, dude! How many times a week should I be during beard shampoo??
2 to 3 times a week
- Jack
Jack, do you know if taking hot showers can be bad for the hair of the beard??
Nope, you're all good. The hot water (unless it's literally boiling and burning your skin) shouldn't hurt the beard hair.
Great tips for beginners 👍
Time to shape that cheek line though. It was worth a try.
Thanks! I think it's definitely time to take on the cheeks.
It's getting annoying to constantly see the hair in my peripheral vision.

- Jack
Thanks for your another awesome video man.
Thanks! I appreciated seeing you in the live stream the other day!
- Jack
thank you Jack
Jack's beard is amazing
Your comment is amazing!

- Jack
Beardbrand 👍🏼 Thanks guys
I love the natural cheek lines
Thanks a lot! You helped me a lot!
At what point do split ends start to appear?? I'm a month in to my yeard....
That really depends on your beard. I've grown a beard where split ends have happened a month in and with this one they didn't start happening until about 3 months in. Taking proper care of the hair really slows them down from happening.
- Jack
After 4 months its a regular problem
Some excellent tips mate looking good as always and nice haircut, keep it up mate!
Thanks Vishal!
- Jack
Do you trim your mustache? Seems really short for how long you been growing it for.
I don't trim my mustache, it grows much slower than the rest of my beard
- Jack
Fortunately, I don't have any nervous habits like biting fingernails and pulling hair. I do find myself stroking my beard. I love my beard.
Stroking a beard is all good, just make sure you're not tugging out the hairs
- Jack
I picked at one spot so much one day that I created a patch....result was that 3 month beard I was growing out got trimmed down to a 3 all over...better than starting from scratch I guess
Like I said man, picking at a beard can be the death of it.
- Jack
I don't even have a beard I still watch they're videos. Hope my "beard" sees the videos so it can learn.
What the-- your cheek hairs have grown back in already? o_0 That spot is usually one of the slowest to grow!
I trimmed my cheeks a couple of months ago, totally fouled it up. Then I cut everything back except my goatee, so I had a Scruffy Goat. I immediately started growing it out again, now I'm on track for a decent beard by summer, and a big beard for the winter-- but those cheek hairs are the last to fill in :(
I'll probably trim the top edge of my cheeks again once my full beard is back, just to give it a better profile. But this time I'll take it VERY slowly. I'll shave about 3/16ths of an inch in the right spots, and see how that looks. You can always cut more, but it's a long process to get it back if you cut too much! (At least for us mortals, who didn't have beards in High School.)
Have you trimmed your moustache during the yeard series?
Mahesh gave my 'stache one tiny trim back in week 20 but that was literally it.
I have a naturally tiny mustache (compared to my beard)
- Jack
Hi Jack, thanks for your video.
I think there are not many people who really answer you.
To your question I answer you that your beard is super nice but it is absolutely necessary
shave the hairs of your cheeks.
Those who say that it suits you well I do not think so, that's not the case at all
you would be much better shaved cheeks.
hi jack
another great video
dont listen to them and keep the cheek lines they look great
and now half year i think right? ;)
Yep! I'm about halfway there now!
- Jack
So comb and brush your beard if you find yourself touching your beard but I heard some where before that you shouldn't do that so much either.
I use argan oil conditioner and grandpa's pine tar soap to wash my beard. Works wonders.
I literally was stroking my beard when he said "Touching your beard" I immediately stopped and laughed
It's all good! It's such a hard habit to break!
- Jack
Does this apply to short stubles?
Absolutely!
- Jack
As I have stated before, my beard is about the same length growth as yours and the timing is also nearly the same. I have not nor will I trim the cheeks. Let it flow.
Great timing! Looks like we're in this together!
- Jack
Good job jack you are on spot
Thanks, man!
- Jack
I think your beard is coming in nicely. I do think you'd have a more clean look with the shaved cheeks. I just shaved my beard. It was 1 year 12 days of growth. It was 7 inches long. It was my 2nd yeard. Either way it's your beard. Do what makes you happy.
Dang! Sounds like you had quite the beard! But, hey, there's nothing wrong with a change
- Jack
One thing I would add - washing your beard with soap every day is not necessary. It will dry out your beard and just cause pointless wear and tear. Unless your day-to-day life means it truly gets dirty, then by all means. Personally I only wash my beard with more than just water maybe once a week.
What will you do after you reach your yeard?
I'm not really sure yet. I don't think I'll go for a "tweard" but I think I'll definitely keep rocking some kind of beard.
- Jack
Beardbrand I’ve been trying for a while but always shave. Found your page and inspired me to try again. It’s such a dramatic change in appearance for me. I’ve been shaving clean for 25 years. Just have to get over it and grow. Looks great on you. Keep it up!
no matter what I do my beard stays thin. Its long, but it just won't fill in no matter what I do. Its extremely annoying
LOL and LMFAO to those hair cheeks . Almost choke laughing
Look at that masterpiece.
Thanks man!
- Jack
Jack the natural cheek line looks awesome! I also have mine natural but they don't grow as high.
Thanks, Luís!

CONGRATS
razor trimmers will create split end hairs. it will literally split every hair follicle since it does not cut the hair cleanly, its shreds it. thats why u use scissors to prevent split ends, im quite amazed by the bro science beardbrand uses. about picking hairs its just dead hairs in telogen phase that fall out, a healthy strand will stand thucking, it will even heart to pull it out. u will recognize if the hair is in telogen mode by seeing a little bulb in the root of the hair that just plucked. the more hair u got the more hair u will lose everyday. but dont worry about split ends, hairs dont grow in the same speed, protruding hairs, the outter most layer will look light, not dense, dont mix this up with split ends. be a man, not a woman. unless u are a woman with a beard then rock on. asshole over n out happy christmas to everyone.
PS oh forget vitamine suplements, start eating grassfed beef and other organic meats and organs. they hold all the vitamins ur supplementing with, google is our friend and foe.
Dat spin jump tho 👌👌
And about the cheek lines
I'm team what ever you want... I mean it's your beard your choice
Had to spin jump, couldn't resist
- Jack
Super Jack that beard looks insanely super!🔥😍
nice beard jack
Thanks man!
- Jack
Team Natural Cheeks. I wish mine grew that high. Awesome.
Who all caught themselves stroking their beard when he said “touching your beard”
I’m sitting here guilty of all of these except for shaving.
Wolfman Jack!
There's a bad moon on the rise!
- Jack
Funny you say beard hairs need to be treated differently than scalp hair, yet you use stuff that is loaded with dihydrotestosterone inhibitors (mango butter for example) which are good for scalp hair but very bad for your beard, which is made of androgenic hair that needs dihydrotestosterone to mature and grow.
I don't agree with y'all. I def. think trimming the high cheek hairs def. looks better. to each their own, but no trim or haircut will make those cheeks look clean
I thought i was alone with the beard picking!! so glad I'm not! hahah
I`m seeing difference on your mustachee(Growth wise) man,i feel like it`s gonna get even thicker soon!
Beard is looking excellent 👌
Thanks Potato!
- Jack
Seems like Jack has more confidence with every video, maybe it's the beard!
Just like my beard, my confidence keeps on growing!
- Jack
HEY, Beardsauce, Jack here.
I am HowToBasic
- Jack
Shaved cheeks all the way. I like to keep a a high line for my beard. But these days instead of shaving I've been plucking my cheek extras.
I grow beard only to touch them when bored, thinking, listening to music basically all the time
It's so tempting to touch it, but just be care to not tug the hairs out
- Jack
natural cheek line
Trimming/losing length OR Keeping the length Hmm..!
'Growing a beard is no easy task, believe you me!' ... Says Jack, with his gigantic, dense, full, thick af, long beard that we've literally watched just quickly and effortlessly sprout from his face 😂
Came here from week 2..... Wowza
Quite the change, eh?
- Jack

If you took care of the cheek line that beard would be on point.
- Jack
Pleeeeeaaaase clear it !
Maybe...
- Jack
Get a fidget spinner ! LMFAO !!!
