That core calisthenics reminds me of muscles I forgot about 👍🤘🤘 I especially like the timer and the 5 second countdown at the end of a set.

Long barbell routines can be challenging on mid back strength/endurance. I recommend just using a lighter weight until you’ve got used to it. Well done for getting at it 💪🏼

I've been doing it for 3 weeks now (1-2 rest day per week & increasing the weight gradually for progressive overload), and I definitely see some progress! I think it would be nicer if you add images showing what muscle group(s) used in each exercise (or voice over), so we're more conscious on our mind-muscle connection and get the most out of the workout session. Keep you protein high whilst maintaining a consistent moderate kcal deficit alongside regular strength workouts (like these ones) & that will help you towards your goals. Pre workout if you mean supplements anything with caffeine is the only real ingredient that helps so even a strong coffee would do, I like the NOCCO or Tenzing caffeine + BCAA drinks. Post workout you could have a protein shake & banana but if your goal is fat loss probably just wait to eat until your next usual meal slot.

Great workout! Also at 22 minutes, it says to do crunches but in the 10 second example video, it shows you doing the wrong thing - you were showing bicep curls

Consider if you’re eating enough, sleeping enough, getting enough protein. If yes to all 3 you probably just need a deload week so do some mobility videos and take a week off
Good question, I think each one is better for certain exercises. I’d say Barbell is better for leg muscles and Dumbbells generally easier to build upper body.
Thruster is a front squat with more upright position therefore more quad dominant. Back squat has slightly more of a hinge involved incorporating more assistance from posterior chain (lower back / hamstrings and glutes) also.

I use a 10kg Olympic barbell that is 170cm long. Much shorter than a standard Olympic barbell as I have a fairly narrow space

Ye any time I do a floor press you could bench press instead. I just try to keep the workouts accessible to people with limited equipment also 👍💪🏼
