The Cutest Thai Restaurant in Downtown Berkeley, CA. Little Plearn Thai Kitchen and It was Packed!

Hi Everyone It’s the Hungry Curator here at Little Plearn Thai Kitchen in downtown Berkeley, CA. Thai food is one of my favorite cuisines to go out for- I love everything about it: the freshness of the spring rolls, the liberal use of coconut, and the spice techniques in relation to my own kitchen skills- although not for the lack of trying!
For drinks we got two of their cocktails, the Sunrise and the Mint Mojito and a fresh young coconut. For our appetizers, we ordered the spring rolls, Tom Kha soup, and a salad called Larb, with added ground chicken. For our mains we ordered the Moo dang fry noodles, Pad See Ew, (my personal favorite dish) with added crispy pork belly, and pumpkin curry with beef.
No Thai food restaurant outing is complete without ordering the Mango sticky rice, and we were also intrigued with the Ube Roti that has a chocolate drizzle on it- for the perfect sweetness. I loved coming here, and enjoyed how it is right in the middle of downtown Berkeley, so I can foresee visiting after a day of shopping or visiting for dinner before hitting the bars downtown!
