HuoHuo's E1 makes HuoHuo go from SP neutral to SP positive. It's honestly really good ngl and the bonus SPD is also pretty good since Spd is one of the best stats in the game.

They are adding a lot of Def reduction or resistance ignore to the first two eidolons. Those are always valuable and they know it.
I think Huohuo's E1 is underrated. It makes her skill point positive and that SPD boost really helps to reach the desired SPD breakpoints. Combined with Ruan Mei they give the team 22% SPD increase in total with no downtime which I think is huge.
I wouldn't say it's skill point positive because then you can lose out on her 4 turn ult too.
The speed buff is def huge for dot teams(others too def)
Yea with huohuo e1 it basically feels like a sp positive healer that supports your team through ults
Huohuo e1 just adds so much value and she is so good to the point most people have her on their team attack boost speed boost energy regeneration she does everything at e2 she even does what Bailu do
her 12 speed increase is really good , but personally all of her eidolons are massive . revival , speed , increased healing based on ally hp and a straight damage bonus. Glad to have her e6 😂
Proud E6 Ruan Mei owner here. Basically she turns everyone into a dps as long as they can break the enemy. For example, my supports can deal 200k damage just by breaking the enemy with a basic attack.

Great video on eidolons. I personally think Jingliu's E6 is very cracked. That 1 extra Syzygy stack allows her to stay in her enhanced state permanently with an ER battery like Tingyun or Huohuo. The extra 50% CD increase that comes with it allows her to brute force her way through even more contents.
Every 5* DPS can brute force every piece of content (now and probably forever) at E6, so it doesn't really matter much at that point.
It's not just an extra stack but increase the cap.
Meaning after entering trance followed by ult, you have 4 skill uses before exiting. Every 2 atks + enemy atks would net you an ult. So you looing at around 6 skill uses and ults plus the ult after entering trance. Is 9 tance enhanced atks
Which combines with her e1,2 and 4 is beyond overkill.
Yeh her E6 is nuts, she pretty much never runs out of stacks, has insane crit damage (550%+) with 100% crit rate, and 3245 extra attack from hp draining allies.
On top of all that her e1 (extra damage on single target) works even if you are hitting multiple targets, as long as all the other targets die during the attack, you will still get the bonus damage from e1 on the remaining enemy for that attack.
I have her at E1S1 now. When she have a rerun, should I go for E or S?

What I meant was that her signature LC explicitly increases ERR but doesn't help her reach 3T ult, so the stat is technically wasted, lowering its value.
@@dontawanpitak ahh i see, so far HH is the best at 2 dps team comp like DoT or FuA, so sp management is quite tricky in some cases.
Even tho her main selling point is her ult, but her LC couldn’t answer the energy problem, so fixing her sp issue is the best thing we can do, thank you for the answer mate 👍
E1 SW with the free LC can do 2 turns ults.
If you can stack those debuffs, you can basically get around 50% energy with one ult.

Sparkle e2 s1 has been a game changer. Full uptime on a 40 % attack buff and 24% def ignore on top of her CD and DMG buffs. That is GENUINELY insane for a DPS.
For the price of an E6 (~$1350), you could buy a 2002 Ford Escort and dress it up as a Seele. No reason I picked that particular car.
Hi EOD, been loving your content so far. Super helpful guide! Although compared to other ccs I'll watch most of your vids to the end, I'd like to see timestamps in your vids too.
As an E2S1 Lunae haver, he's not as sp friendly in E2. After he uses ult, he gets 2 squama(his sp) that means 2 lesser sp next turn and that means he's going to use only 1 sp next turn. In E2, he gets 3 squama, and also advances forward 100%, basically bronya's skill merged in his kit. that means he uses no sp, that's good, but the next turn after that, he uses 3 skills again. Take note he never gives sp in any of his enhanced basic atks. In E0-E1, there are times when he only uses 1 sp(that is after casting ult), in E2 and above, he will always want 3 skill points, unlike in E0-1 where he can just use 1 after ult. In the past, I use him with hanya and tingyun when he was still at E1, the team was pretty, good, hanya can continuously give him sp's, but after his E2(Sparkle isn't out yet), I noticed that I can only use Tingyun's e now, I can barely have the chance to use hanya's. So I sometimes have to use his basic skill(the one without enhancement) just to have some spare for hanya and Tingyun. It gets trickier in E2. I have to think about when Tingyun's buff will end and time IL's sp usage with that. But I still love him nevertheless.
As an E2 IL haver, this description doesn’t feel quite right. While technically he does consume more sp, he also frontloads his dmg a lot, which is really good. For example, if an E0 DHIL takes 2 cycles to do 2 3BAs and needs 4 skill points to do it, then at E2 that DHIL would take 1 cycle to do 2 3BAs while only needing 3 sp. sure, later down the line you might run into some sp issues, but it’s still strictly better because he did that same dmg way earlier and quicker than he would have at E0. And even if it’s worse, there’s nothing really stopping you from playing E2 Dan the same way as E0 Dan and using his extra turn to do a regular basic to get an extra skill point. There’s no point in doing that because the 2x3BA is way better, but it’s still an option that technically makes him slightly less sp negative. All of this is without even mentioning Sparkle, who in my experience solves E2 Dan’s sp problems completely
the thing about seele's e1 though is that its not as bad as it seems as she has 4 separate hits if you notice it goes 20% + 10% + 10% + 60% for the dmg of the total skill so after the initial hits the biggest multiplier hit the 60% should be able to get the 15% crit rate as the hp of the enemy should be reduced already to under 80%.

Feels like the support character eidolons, since they benefit most characters on the team have far more value than some of the DPS ones that just boost the characters own stats.

I'm always stuck trying to decide an Eidolon and a Signature LC.
I don't play the Collect em All game and only dedicate resources to characters I know Ill use so so I always typical do try to dedicate enough to guarantee an Eidolon or a LC
Get E2 Ruan Mei and E2 Sparkle, especially if you are F2P or very low spender (only monthly). Yes there are good DPS at E2 like DHIL, but the problem is that elemental coverage is also important in HSR, so I would prioritize that. with E2 DHIL, it forces you to be in awkward if the floor does not have Imaginary weakness (sometimes he can brute force it, sure), but my point is the flexibility is low.
With E2 Ruan Mei and E2 Sparkle, it could help lots of DPS to shine, ie. even starter like Serval can start doin number. In another floor with different elemental weakness, you can just change the DPS but keeps the same support, it is overall a better experience to tackle down MoC.

I think you are underestimating just how much dmg output e2 DHIL gives. Since Sparkles release he has been able to easily 0-cycle aka bruteforce non-imaginary enemies in MoC. Both sides of floor 12 in the new MoC and previous one can be easily 0-cycled with e2 DHIL, Sparkle and your choice of 2 other supports
Also, Silver Wolf exists and can slot into pretty much any DPS team

As Topaz E2S1 haver, she did a good job for sub DPS, support, and debuffer for Dr. Ratio.
Especially for Dr. Ratio, she buff (indirectly) his FUA and she can apply 3 debuff so his FUA will always get 100% chance. Then you can set 3rd unit as buffer like Sparkle or Ruan Mei.
What is that sound in 11:58 to 12:01. Is it just EOD breathing sound or what?
I think you missed out on Black Swan. Her E1 providing a 25% resistance penetration is incredibly valuable and together with Ruan Mei totals 50% resistance penetration which is huge. I was also extremely tempted to pull for her E2, enemies applying 6 stacks of Arcana to adjacent enemies when they die sounds huge in PF.
Her e2 is also stupid busted.
I have 124.4% err on bs and can almost e2 turn charge. If I could just hit 161 then she I could keep epiphany up indefinitely theoretically

Isn't her E1 Resistance reduction not pen? So unlike Rm whose resistance pen I think stops at 0, BS makes them go negative I think?
@@warshawgameshd3432 my understanding is that they are the same thing, except that resistance reduction is a debuff that happens to the enemy whereas resistance penetration is a buff to the character. The final resistance multiplier that applies during damage calculations is the net effect of the two.
choosing between pulling for eidolons or new characters is so difficult to me to make a decision because most of the five stars in hsr are so good and gv benefits to the team i need, as a bp/monthly spender it is important to make wise decisions, i made a lot of bad decisions who i pulled before i should have not though theyre not bad its just not what my line up needed

Mr. Eodgamer, I'm planning on reaching E6 Jing Liu as a pure F2P player. I got her E2 and S1 LC by not pulling for anybody but in exchange, I lost tons of strong units and sustains for coverages.
Do you think it's worth to go for her E6 meta-wise, or should I stop over-investing and open up new comps for MoC and PF?
Its a game for fun first and foremost in my opinion. If you can't have fun with the content because you don't have a good spread of team comps that sounds like your focus is too narrow. Seems like E6 JL is super strong, but she won't be able to do everything I don't think. Maybe Acheron will at E6 XD My suggestion is build up a decent spread of characters you like, then vertically invest over time to keep them relevant
e1 huohuo can be good for dot comps alleviating the need for speed substats

One thing of note about E6 Topaz is she has a trace that gives 10 energy for a ult-empowered numby attack. So her e6 combined with her e2 offers some extremely deceptive power. Numby procs=10-20 energy (5base,5e2, 10ult), skill=40-50(30base, 5numby, 5e2, 10ult) so Ult>skill>numby>skill>numby=135(5+50+20+50+10). Allows for 3/4 uptime on 330% base multiplier numby hits. And that is in a team with no other followup attackers pushing numby forward. E6 basically turns Topaz from a sub-DPS into a DPS.
I have e6 Jing Yuan, SW and Dr. Ratio. The only one I kinda regret is Ratio cause Folly doesn't swap targets like Proof of Debt does for Topaz and Numby.
sometimes you forget the situations the character can get. See on the seele situation, the Strongest multiplier from her skill is the last one so you can definitely get value of her E1 regardless.

What about E1 sparkle, huo huo ultimate, tingyun skill, it will be over atk% boost?
My top 3 would be E2 DHIL, E1 SW, and E1 HH, in that order. You already talked about the first two, so I won't repeat them.
But my reason for E1 Huohuo is it makes team building significantly more flexible. Moving from +0 to +1/3 SP may not look like much. But when you put her in a team, you are no longer restricted to run at least one +1 SP unit anymore (e.g., Luocha, Hanya, Pela, Gepard).
I don't have it right now, but I'll definitely snipe it when Huohuo gets re-run.
I actually have Eidolons in just one T5 limited, which is Fu Xuan that I have her E2 and its marvelous fr. E1 30% buff so you don't have to feel terrible to leave Seele at like 100% CD and you can invest in her CR so her ult can finally f*cking crit. The revive on E2 is SUCH a relieve where I practically do not have to reset MoC and SU NEVER when enemies decide to focus Tingyun per example, I have TGA (generalized anxiety) and it's terrible to enter a stage in MoC already thinking "how many times will I have to do it" or "will I be able to do it without someone dying, not bc of damage" so it saves me years of life lol.
Which is why I feel like I miss SO much Huohuo E1 and E2 (my other sustain) bc with one more turn heals more + saves more SP and the revive saves lifes. literally 🗣
I entered this video to see if my priorities were straight and we both agree and disagree hahahah! My focus is:
- E3 Fu Xuan for barely any more CR bc *everything* for Seele to crit;
- E1 and god helps E2 Huohuo;
- E1 SW;
- E1 Jingliu and maybe more in the future...

Ruan Mei's E1 should have definitely been E2, providing DEF Ignore as a Harmony is rly valuable
Seele's E1 sucks for Ult, but it's usually ok for her Skill since the Skill dmg distribution is backloaded

E6 Sparkle is way better than I thought. Her CDMG buffs can hit around 209% CDMG with my build, and that's not counting her LC. Also, I can actually use her in my FUA team since now she can actually buff the entire team, so Topaz and Ratio (and probably Aventurine, too, if I decide to E6 him and build him as a 'DPS')
Sparkle is probably the best E2 support imo, both E1 and E2 are crazy strong

I'm a bit confused, E2 Hanabi Gives 40% Atk and 24% Def Ignore with essentially infinite uptime and ruan mei E2 gives 40% attack only to weakness broken enemies and 20% Def Ignore only when her ult is up, But I'm still seeing a lot of ppl saying e2 ruan mei is more valuable, What am I missing?
Who in the world is saying that... Sparkle's E1 and E2 have permanent uptime, there's nothing to compare.
Sparkle's ATK boost is permanent uptime and the Def Ignore is tied to her Talent (Permanent basically if you use SP) rather then needing Ultimate for the Def ignore which isn't 3 turns of uptime Till Ruan Mei's E6.
sparkle e2 is infinitely better. The only case for Ruan Mei is that you can use her in any team, while sparkle's teams want to crit.
People don't talk abt e2 rm, it's more of e1 rm being the best e1 in the game. sparkle e2 needs more pulls.
Also the main reason why people are still saying this post Sparkle is simply because RM is still the uncontested Queen of the game aka the best unit in the game for overall value so even with Sparkle having the objectively better E1 and E2 it doesn't matter if the other character is better overall and the main thing is almost no one goes for E2S1+ if they are a F2P or a low spender so the fact that RM Def Ignore is her E1 vs Sparkle E2 is a massive advantage in RM favor.
I can't see why Sparkle's E2 isn't in top 3.

yes her E2 is a massive upgrade. But she has the most valuable E6. her new e6 basically ignore every elemental weakness. Its a permanent weakness implant without RNG . If Ruan Mei is a universal harmony. then e6 Acheron is a universal DPS. But sadly its e6, majority of us wont get it
I'm a horizontal invest type of player, zero limited eidolons but only missing a few characters. You can bet i pick that Cosmic Cheese curio (+1 eidolon) every single time I see it in SU.

E1S1 HuoHuo is way better than E0 HuoHuo, the extra speed and the extra round of debuff prevention is very useful especially if you don't have Loucha lol

I don't think Sparkle's E1 is bad at all. ATK% is everywhere, i guess, but 40% on top of her basically getting 100% uptime on her ult is pretty great.
there's a deminishing return, which is why % isn't good unless it's def shred/def resistance like bs and ruan mei

They're regularly below 3k if you run anything other than ATK% boots, actually, because you want as consistent/high crits as possible, and it's not like she gives ATK% anywhere in her kit before this. It's basically a +15 ATK boot for all 3 of these units while you run speed.
All that on top of this Eidolon just making Sparkle's Ult outright better or matching Bronya's, outside the ridiculous utility. Bronya gives 55% ATK on her ult and this plus sparkle's base 15%, for just existing, matches that.

I just found your channel, I appreicate your content, reminds me of the Tenten videos back during genshin impact. More tailored towards f2p to small spenders. I would be awesome if you could start a pseudo rating system for each new character release or a banner in terms of value. Just from what tenten used to do as suggestion, 3/5 was average power, so pull if you like character. 4/5 is above average, high value and forseable utility without being powercrept fast. I dont think there was ever a 5/5 he gave in genshin but maybe ruan mei would fit the bill in this game.
As a E6 Sparkle owner (I intended on E2S1 but got lucky with E4S1 in the same 300 pulls 225 Saved+75 pulls In whaling funds that I dedicated towards her E2S1) So I decided to E6 her
I will say her Best Eidolon is her E2 and a good Stopping point for a lot of people and her E2S1 is still legit really good for a Dual DPS setup (Even If her E6 is meant to be gigacracked in Dual Dps (With only my Ruan Mei providing a bit more Damage to a dual DPS setup compared to Sparkle's E2S1. For example Topaz (87k on my pre E6 Sparkle (E2S1 basically cuz her next 3 Eidolons don't count towards the Peformance) vs 90-100k on Ruan Mei. (Mine is E0 with S5 MOTP.) I want E1 Ruan Mei on her Rerun)
She ain't a bad vertical Investment if you really liked her and wanted to Vertically invest into her E6 on her rerun (If I didn't get as lucky as I did with getting her E4S1 in 300 pulls) I would have done exactly that knowing her E2S1's Already Cracked in Hypercarry and even in a Pseudo Ruan Mei setup, but I got lucky so I did what I did and It didn't take that many Whaling funds.)

@@m1ke-honkai E6 Sparkle can also run top tier hyper carry with Bronya [Speed order Sparkle > Bronya > att boot dps]. Sparkle skill > then sparkle ultimate on dps turn > Bronya push > dps 2nd attack. Sparkles ultimate resets the buff duration of her skill resulting in a "double sparkle" 33% of the time.

Why not include the standard banner characters? With the 300 pull character selector knowing where a eidolon makes sense would be nice.
I mean, if you're going for standard banner character eidolons, the only choice is Bronya. After Bronya E6, you just pick your favorite character because most of them are either powercrept by limited 5 stars or have mediocre eidolons.

@@willyboi1105 well Bronya E1 is obvious but after that I think Welt is the best choice Because E1 makes him a official DPS unit and his E2 makes him Ult a turn faster. The amount of people sleeping on him is insane be it a sub DPS or a Debuff sustain unit he is underrated.

imo E2 Kafka and E2 Sparkle is enough.
Kafka enable dot to deal more dmg and makes her dot trigger hit harder. Sparkle makes your any dps hits a lot harder
Ruan Mei E0 is already enough to make overshadowed DPS to be just as good as good rated DPS

FuXuan e1 is tempting. A Tank who can buff? That's rare find and a strong eidolon for hyper carry teams

E1 Sparkle is better than E2 stronger. 40% attack is not weaker than 18% def reduction. but most importantly the 1 extra turn on her ult gives her ult 100% uptime which makes her the best buffing supp in the game by a long shot, and makes her better at buffing duo dps than RM. Her E2 is way worse in comparison.
I agree that Sparkle's E2 is better then RM E1 and the same for E2 and E1 however the fact her Def ignore is E1 vs E2 is a massive difference if your a F2P or Low spender. As for 40% Vs 20%...... you do know that ATK% is the lowest scaling buff in the game right? Meanwhile Def ignore is the highest.
Also the Fact the RM is the objectively better overall character that everyone with a valid Opinion shares so ya no hate for our crazy girl but she isn't on RM lvl at all no bias just facts.

Go for the one you like the most (personally i have Luocha and not Fu Xuan) But since you want a sustain and seem to be picking It mostly cause of meta reasons, probably you should consider Aventurine
Actually this game is not so expensive, before this i play ragnarok online mobile. Here an e6 in my opinion if lucky around 800-1000 dollar. In ragnarok everyone we have either new gacha style buff or a pet which if we want to max each time need around 20.000 or more to max. If we not max. We get kick from the guild.

Disagree, Black Swan at E6 so broken that enemies aren't strong enough to live from it, as in they're too weak for her power level and die before 50 stacks, she's too powerful for the game in its current state.

She's definitely very powerful, and I love using her with Ruan Mei + Kafka.
But I've got E6S5 Black Swan, as well as E6S5 DHIL, so I can directly compare them both.
When you team up a whale version of DHIL with Sparkle and Bronya, it's just completely busted.
It's like the old Seele meme "It's always my turn!" Except using DHIL and doing 10x the damage.

E6 RM basically turn Enemy HP bar to Toughness bar, n any break dps (4 or 5 star) can just aim Toughness bar to kill enemy.
She is really a god support currently eventhough i only hv her at E0, she buff my team greatly. ❤
The game is more fun with e0 chars. You can whale if you want, but you're going to steamroll all the content.
its not really worth absolutely following the meta and sacrificing the characters you like because it will take a while in the long run to use memory chaos or pure fiction to "pay" back your pulls so you can get the characters you want
