I'm most interested in PCVR rather than stand alone & I'm defo going go away from Meta had a Rift S cable that died after moaning like F**k to Meta for a replacement cable since 28th November 2023 now 10th Jan 2024 they held me to ransom for my headset "we wont just replace the cable" WTF! There was nothing wrong with my Rift S headset however I surrendered to there demands as just wanted my setup working again so waiting for RMA replacement! I've now decided after watching this video as soon as it arrives I will be selling it to put towards a Pico 4 ! Meta after care sucks!

Is it a proprietary cable specific to the Meta headset?

Well... I still pity that the games in vr are a bit like overpriced tech demos... But if it is your first time... You will have some nice time ;-)

The game prices did actually surprise me at first…but it seems to the inline with prices from Meta…I was expecting prices to be like mobile phone app prices 😂

@@Gizmoegram especially for how short some of them are. ;-) still for some it is a pricy puke machine. But after some time you may get used to vr. And I tell from the perspective of a person who after first game had 6 day break to get on full on my feet

@@dandragon1st motion sickness is still a thing for me, especially on the more immersive games where your walking or running etc

@@Gizmoegram start from Moss and similar games. Walking I would avoid untill you will build yourself the vr legs. Also chew gum or some ginger candy

ok then how about:
Skyrim vr with mods, fallout 4 vr with mods, Asgards wrath 2, Halflife 2 vr mod, HL:A, all the resident evil games with Praydog vr mod, contractors vr, dungeons of eternity, Arizona Sunshine 2..... walk about mini golf,... i mean the list goes on and on. the mainstream of ppl have no idea how good vr games actually are these days or just don't care. but trust me this stuff is all full games that are well worth the time to invest into vr, some are mods some are standalone games.
hope you try some of these games out it will change your mind i would hope.
