Regarding the Dremel- It is for hobbyists. It does not belong in comparison with this group. It will only have the power of the Dremel tool. It does not hold a trim router or larger. It is held back by 1/8" bits, (although the bits are cheap enough, stock up, you will burn through them.). Think on terms of Balsa wood, maybe Basswood. Cutting across grain on Pine could be a challange. It is very good for smaller projects.
I have the second Bosch table that you list and not real happy with it. The plate, for one thing, isn't a standard size ( 9 1/4"x 11 3/4" ) so if you want to install a router lift or better plate, you'll have a hard time finding a fit. Also, the plates that fit over the hole are slightly below the top of the table causing the wood to dip as you run it across and there isn't a real easy way to adjust this, like by having some adjustment screws underneath. I do love the cabinet for storage and muting the loud sound somewhat, but overall, I'm going to be looking for a better solution. I want to install a quality plate like the Incra and I can't do it with this router set up without a lot of work.

The SKIL table is a good product but its fence is not sturdy. Quite sad actually.
RA1141 needs 120V, not suitable for UK unless you also buy a voltage level converter which is not cheap
