I'd love to see a shoot out between this, IK Multimedia's T-Racks Mastering Suite, IK's Lurrsen Mastering Console, Izotope, a mastering plugin chain (maybe using Studio One's mastering console and a hardware setup. That would be really neat and provoke a lot of discussion. 😎

I've tried so many plugins for this and landed on Clipping and Shadowhills with some Pro Q3 & Pro Limiter, but the look on your face when It gave good results has me wanting to try haha Thanks Boss..
Give this one a shot, it's quiet fun and intuitive... I've been experimenting with it in all sorts of ways that are surpassing my expectations.

The magic is in the way you can ABCD different flows and compare complete different chains with a mouse click (level matched). The quality of the plugins is well known but this format is pretty nifty and different, the macro's doing the heavy lifting but you can finetune all you like. Are there things to wish? Being able to change a flow (insert another Softube plugin), link parameters to new or existing macro's and a option to reach the plugin presets from the modules would be nice as well. All the I don't like sub people need to shut up (I own all 16 myself lol so flow is free). It's a pretty fair sub you earn points and get 50% of using those on plugins. So it only takes you 8 year to be free and enjoy flow..... The value of the Tube Tech, Weiss, Chandler plugins is quite big so this buy to rent is a no brainer for poor people. I think those 16 plugins cost me 1500-2000 (give or take I don't remember the sale prices).
Really intuitive and fun to mess with from a production stand point... Kinda changes the workflow a bit and makes you think differently about "mastering"

Lol poor you.... you need to double down on the I never wil subscribe to anything while seeing a great and useful product which does things you cannot do otherwise. Level matched ABCD'ing of high quality chains with to the point macro's and all the finetuning you need. You can buy all these plugins for 1500-2000 euro and chain them yourself. The value of flow is absolute in the modules but flow makes using them and comparing them a breeze. It just sound good, It's no AI and it's not generic either it's the future. Flows are carefully prepared and with one button you are in the sweet spot, with a second press of a button you are level matched LUFS, the macro's are smart and scaled sensibly, giving just the sweet range not the full range. This is not just a time saver it's a mentor as well for non engineers. But being quite comfortable making my own chains work quite well I like to skip the doubt of changing by just comparing and this is what it does brilliantly.
@@le-berry u are kidding, right? Can even load any non softube plugin in the chain. Gain matching is not special at all. This is such a cashgrab
@@le-berry also waves did almost the same thing (i dont like waves, i do like softube generally speaking). But even waves lets you load 3rd party
Because its more of a Pre Mastering Suite, because you dont master with digital Plugins...LOL...you do final mastering with
nebula, Acustica audio or real analog gear...I have all three....you can carve out a good Pre Maseter with this......
but they need to call it Tube Mix or something like that
@@johnisrael5183 Acustica audio are you fucking kidding me? Digital mastering is great and going outboard is nice for a few things but digital limiting a must and the plugins from today are totally fine to stay fully in the box for mastering. What are you talking about PRE mastering (did you mean demo mastering or something before your analog mastering proces?)

You do get it for free when you sign up for a trial. Softube have not been comunicating this well. This exact thing is actually something I have wished for, owning tons of softube stuff.

You could have read this is actually free for you owning (some or all plugins). Just subscribe for 1 day within the trial period and you're good. I think it's kinda stupid too (you not able to figure this out)
